Happy experience, I have got a free room upgrade which is quite spacious and had a welcome sweet and sparkling water bottle ! The rooms were sparkling clean and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast buffet was great too with wide spread of cheeses, pastries, and healthier options like vegan bread, oat meal bowls fruit bowls etc. Overall a great experience 💯 The location of the hotel was very well surrounded by public transport and is very close to the city centre and shopping streets, central station is reachable in 6mins with a tram or a 15min walk !! Would like to book again next time for sure.

The room lightings were a bit dim and the animal images were good add on for ambience but not for me, well it was a very small concern and has no big impact on my stay, overall experience was 9/10

Great location within a 5 minute walk to a tram stop that takes you into the hear of Mannheim, close to the train station or straight to the SAP Arena. Room was stylish and clean and easy to organise. Plenty of electrical outlets for devices and built in USB ports on the wall for easy phone charging. Very cheap for a week's stay.

No dedicated desk space made it hard to get work done during my stay, Bed was hard and uncomfortable and I'm personally not a fan of booking a Double Bed only to find it's 2 single beds placed right next to each other. Room was perfect for a solo traveller but 2 people might find it a bit cramped.

The hotel is very well located in the Quadrate region, which corresponds to Downtown and it is very close to the Marketplatz, the most central point of the city where everything happens. The building is very well structured and the room is very comfortable (we were in a triple room). Leisure facilities such as a pool table and bar entertain customers. As I was leaving the building to exercise in the open air (it’s 8 minutes walking to the Neckars rivershore), I am unable to evaluate the gym center. We had the breakfast around, but the one offered at the hotel’s comfortable dining room seemed very good and complete. It was remarkable how the team was so kind to all of us.

We know the consumption habit of tap water in the country, but a drinking fountain on the ground floor would make everything much more pleasant for foreigners.

The room was big, with cozy beds and modern, new and well equipped showers with constant hot water. The whole hotel is new, clean, with a great gym, a new games area and a nice breakfast. All of the staff - no exceptions, were friendly, although not very helpful. Coffee machine, new good quality TV, AC in the room, overall a lot of positive stuff. I got the breakfast in a good deal and in those circumstances very convenient, but not so impressive.

The rooms were dark, there's no other way to say that. There was light missing, especially considering the fact it was December and it was typical cloudy weather and short day. As I mentioned, the staff were friendly, but even the most simple questions ("where's the breakfast room?") challenged them and I heard too many times excuses like "I'm from far away and it's my first day working in this hotel" from more than one worker. The Breakfast was lacking vegetables or any creativity - just the most banal continental choice and with no salads, barely some fresh cucumber that you can cut on your own and I found it a bit disappointing.

Great place in the centre of Mannheim. Walking distance from the train station. I came here for a convention at the Rosengarten and it was easily within walking distance. Had to book on a 1 day notice so I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is just off the main shopping street. 5 minutes walk from plenty of cafes and restaurants. Room itself was fairly small but exactly what I needed. Very comfortable and with good AC during the hot summer. The bar downstairs is great and the staff were very cheery (and also assisted me in printing a rail ticket which was a big help!).

Nothing particularly negative to report. Room size may be a problem for some people I suppose.

The hotel is about 20 min walking distance from the main station. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great during the hot days we spent there. Staff was friendly and breakfast was okay.

I wish the rooms were a bit more spacious. We had a problem in our bathroom and waited a few hours for maintenance. We went down to the desk a second time, then we switched rooms. We paid for late checkout - wish there was a bit of free extra time.

The room was good, I could say a little bit crowded for us , however the sheets were clean, and the bathroom as well. Wifi was good as well.

I didn’t like that when you pay 17 eur for 1day (24 h) parking and if you leave the spot , they say that you loose it, which is not acceptable. As long as I paid for 2days , that is reserved for me, cause it’s the hotel private parking , but I think that’s a way to get more money on a day for a parking spot. I did not like the carpet in the room, it didn’t look so “welcoming “.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. What I appreciated the most was the high level of cleanliness, the spacious size of the room, and the overall peaceful and quiet atmosphere, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing

I was disappointed with the rudeness of the person who welcomed me upon arrival. Additionally, the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, which kept separating during the night, making it uncomfortable

Everything but especially that I arrived at 12 and they let me in the room. I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t imagine if I had to wait until 3pm. For that I was truly grateful

That will be now a bit of a nitpicking, but there was no kettle and had to use the coffee machine for hot water for my tea. I also found odd not to have decaffeinated coffee in the selection of coffees. I only drink decaffeinated and all hotels I visited do have.

Located a short walk to centre & several tram / bus stops. Superb hotel facility offering bars, breakfast, coffees, meeting lobby etc. Good sized rooms and bathroom works well. Quiet enough even with window open through the night. Heaps of eating & coffee places about (mainly middle eastern cuisine) Staff are excellent, in particular Ana who was very helpful.

All really good…maybe some attention to the a/c unit, especially before summer.
