the staff were lovely and very accommodating

the food was well over priced even compared to the other hotel we stayed at, the room didnt get wifi as it was at the very back of the hotel, our rooms werent interconnected and they couldnt give us extra keys to make it easier, there was a fair bit of mould in the bathrooms and around the sink in the kitchen area, there is no kids club

Great accommodation with helpful, friendly staff in a professionally run, yet relaxed atmosphere. We found Toka Toka to be a great central base to explore Nadi surrounds,. Easy taxi ride to Sleeping Giant Gardens and Sabeto Mud Pools, and short bus trip (or taxi if you prefer) into Nadi. Peaceful, relaxing surrounds, beautifully maintained gardens and comfortable rooms. Our kids loved dining by the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the water slide. Thanks for a great stay!

The facilities were very good. The pool was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times, couldn't fault this with them.

No cooking facilities available. The restaurant food was disappointing and the breakfast was limited in its offerings compared to the Gateway Hotel which has an amazing menu all day. We were also told to ring reception if we needed anything but there are no phones in the rooms (we booked 3 villas). Reception called us a taxi (we think?) and we waited for 1 hour and reception had told us their shuttle would take us and it cost us $180 return to the Sheraton for a pre-wedding dinner. The next night we rung a taxi ourselves for the wedding and it only cost $80 return - feel so ripped off.

I loved how the property was very close to the airport and also not too far from town. Also how clean the property was kept.

I only had one issue with the bathroom sink, was not draining normally, so had to keep stopping the water so it wouldn’t overflow.

Check in experience was great, staff were lovely. Ordered food to my room for a small fee which was great after a long day. Airport shuttle was on time

Room was by the pool which was noisy for a while until it closed (7pm). Restaurant staff could be more pleasant.

Staff where amazing, very friendly and helpful!! Pool area was set up nicely for both adults and children. From checking to checkout we had an amazing time. Couldn't believe that we were on a busy main road, couldn't hear at all.

The pressure on shower was bit weak apart.

Tokatoka is my absolute favourite place to stay when arriving or leaving from fiji. It's real - not like denarau, the staff are wonderful, the layout is great and the morning swim is fantastic. Grat for kids too with playgrounds and slides into pool

We didn't have huge expectations, booking this as a convenient location at the end of our trip. We were so glad we did; the pool kept our 11 year old thoroughly occupied (as did the three kittens frolicking about the resort), the staff were friendly and the lunch and dinner meals we had there were filling and delicious! Accommodation was simple, but as three people sharing the room, really appreciated that the shower and toilet were separate to each other.

There was some noisy construction going on next to the pool while we were there; while this is unlikely to be ongoing for much longer (they were working fast!), it was a little noisy when relaxing poolside.

Great location for the airport, great pool my daughter loved it. staff were great, very accommodating in every sense. Would definitely stay there again before or after a flight

Great pool. Convenient to the airport. Friendly staff, especially Eliki at the bar.

Rooms a bit dark but that is what keeps them cool.
