Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly & helpful. In the square by the Metro is a lovely little bakery, the staff there were so friendly & saved us a few days with sandwiches.

Hotel not in a very nice area next to a dual carriageway. The metro about 10 minutes walk away so we got about but the area isn't good. The restaurant food was also not great. My husband ordered a chicken burger but a pulled beef burger came. He didn't want to cause a stink so ate it & was up ill all night. I remembered then seeing pulled beef on the menu days before!

Our reason for staying was because of a concert that we were attending. The hotel was 5 minutes from The Dome. They had a restaurant that provided a pre-concert dinner, which was very nice and also convenient. They also had secure on-site parking.

Breakfast was not great. We finished having our fruit and went to get the next bit, and the waitress had cleared away our table, pots of tea and all. It was very busy, so losing your table is a big deal. I told her we weren't finished yet, and it took a while to get new cutlery and serviettes. The coffee machines were located too close to the food, so we were all bumping into each other.

It was a very nice hotel with fitness center and pool. Mae at the main desk was so cheerful and always checking in with us to see if we were enjoying our stay.

We would not stay here again as the 2.3 miles from the port in the hotel description was very misleading. Once you left the hotel property we didn’t feel safe in having to travel to the metro station to go down to the port. The restaurant’s menu was very limited and didn’t change once during our 4 night stay. Would have appreciated some gluten-free bread at breakfast. The eggs were often cold, but found we could order eggs on request.

Short metro ride from the train station and to the old port. Swimming pool was a good respite from the heat, bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. The spread at breakfast was everything you’d expect from a French high standing hotel, as was the restaurant’s menu, but most memorable will be the staff. Such an incredibly friendly and professional ladies and gents. They stole my 10 year old daughter’s heart ^^

I didn’t trust the neighbourhood to walk at night but that might just be a personal opinion more than an actual safety issue

The breakfast was amazing! Freshly baked pastries and fruits are available, with so many savoury options as well! My friend loved the sausages and banana loaf, whilst I opted for a light breakfast with chia pudding. There are many options available and you can go for seconds! The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from Charteux station which allows easy access to Vieux Port as well as being close to Palais Longchamp, a beautiful scenery and must-visit. The staff are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions and also give recommendations for places to eat or see.

The only downside was the swimming pool as they will reopen the swimming pool at the beginning of May and we arrived a week prior. This is not a big issue as I would stay at this location again!

First time that we have visited Marseille and will defiantly not be the last. The hotel was ideal as located more in the suburb, which is a lovely way of seeing the local area . Overall we found the hotel safe, real clean, very friendly staff and comfortable bed. With only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro, which are cheap, easy to use and 5 stops away to the port of Marseille. We did walk this on our first day, which was enjoyable seeing the local villages, markets and the Palais Longchamp this took approximately 30minutes. We can safely say we would recommend this hotel to other guests.

We did not use the facilities as only in Marseille for two nights, unfortunately unable to comment.

The hotel is great located 5 minutes far away from the metro station. The room was very modern, clean, spacious and good equipped. The hotel also have a pool and a gym. They also offer a room service, for example they can bring you breakfast to your room if you want. We really liked the restaurant and breakfast. The personal was very kind, talkative and friendly. It was a pleasure for us to stay in this hotel and we hope that in the future we will come back here again.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was perfect, there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Additionally you could order omelettes fresh. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the metro and 5 stops into the old town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There a is a suoermarche 5 mins from the hotel too.

We ate dinner one evening in the restaurant and it was the worst meal I've ever had. The staff is restaurant could have been more efficient and friendlier.

Helpful and friendly 24x7 staff. Nice clean room, comfortable bed, free water and coffee, refrigerator is a plus. Too bad we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and gym!

Garage was difficult to navigate with 2 doors: you will need to get off car to open the inner door. And it’s not intuitive where the bases where you tap your room card key are located. Need clearer instructions for these. Figured it out on second day, and had to help other guests twice.

Excellent breakfast, choice and fresh items. The restaurant is very pleasant and the dishes are very good. The hotel is new and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Overall it's a very good experience to stay at this hotel, but an expensive one !

The design of the rooms is not very imaginative. It's the standard bland look found in all such hotels and is boring and disappointing. Staying in the vibrant city of Marseille would warrant some recognition of the fact, but we could have been anywhere as far as the design of the hotel and the rooms is concerned. What a pity! It would have been such an exciting opportunity to work with the many local excellent artists... and it would have made the hotel stand out from the boring mass of such similar hotels!
