The location is great, close to the center, clothing shops and supermarket. The mini bar is nice and included in the price, nice one! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is pretty complete with a lot of options and the little terrace is also nice to chill.

If you come during the winter they don’t have airco, I could sleep with the window open but there was a lot of noice from the street, people listening to music super loud. I think it was an unconventional week with high temperatures for winter, so it was hard to sleep as it got a bit warm, but the guys from the reception told me to next time call and maybe they could fix something, for the rest I really enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it!

The room was small, however as a single traveler in the single room, it was enough space for a comfortable & cosy 2-night stay and being able to book a single room was also a more reasonably priced option. The room had a balcony and was lovely to open the doors and get some fresh air. The lift is very small, can fit 1-2 max. The breakfast was very good, the room clean and tidy with everything you might need for a short stay. If you need to do washing there is a laundromat in the arcade on the ground floor just outside the entrance, and a taxi rank at the end of the back laneway.

On one night the staff on the reception desk did not speak English, so had a bit of trouble finding directions for the next day.

This hotel has a great location, close distance to the central station (14min walk), directly at the subway station (1 min walk), and close to the center as well. The staff is friendly and generally very helpful.

The price to value ratio is so-so. For a 4 star hotel at this price range, I would have expected a bit larger room (we were day during holiday season though). One big problem was that the elevator wasn't working one day and we had to carry luggage from the seventh floor. I assume, however, that was probably bad luck on our side, as this happened only on one day.

Excellent breakfast, very clean room and bathroom, proximity of the metro to go to see all the monuments. It was nice to sit on the roof terrace and see the cityscape. Arriving quite a long time before official check-in time, the lady receptionist made sure we could go to the room within about half an hour. She was very friendly. Thank you, all employees! The tea and coffee in the breakfast room, in the lobby and in the room were of good quality.

Well, the hotel uses the name City hotel and from the street it is hardly noticeable that it is Best Western. Luckily the taxi driver knew it when we gave her the exact address.

The location, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed. It’s only a 5-10 min walk from the train station and only a 25 min walk to the centre, which sounds long but there’s lots to see on the way.

The noise from the traffic during the night - it’s on a main road to the hospital too and our room was at the front. It wouldn’t stop me from staying there again but I’d maybe request a room at the back.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great, lots of selection. The bathroom was big, and everything was very clean. The roof terrace is really nice, great views and even has a workout area.

Our room was very cold the first night, the heat hadn’t been turned on yet. They did get it going for the next night., but it was raining and chilly the first day. The bed was very firm, had to ask for a pad for it, they did give us an extra mattress pad, but was still firm. They have the tiniest elevator I’ve ever been in.

I've chosen this hotel again for my trip to Milan. Theication is nice. It's just between railway station and city center. The staff is very friendly and polite. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary, clean, and comfortable. There is a balcony where you may relax. Breakfast is nice and has everything that is necessary.

I can't mention really anything. I am happy with my time there.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did not pay to get a nice view. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Variety of juices, coffee, pastries, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc. Less than 2 minutes walk to the subway station, so it's convenient to go explore the more touristy areas (like the Duomo). Elevator was appreciated, though it was small.

I was able to eat the breakfast buffet at the hotel the first day. One the second day, there was some issue with the breakfast area so it was closed and the hotel gave me a coupon to get breakfast at a nearby cafe. The cafe gave me only one coffee and one croissant.

Excellent location for an overnight stay in Milan with good access to very reasonably priced local transport and so everything you might want to visit. Price was good for Milan. Room clean and tidy with everything you might need for an overnight stay.
