This hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a free breakfast that we weren’t able to enjoy because we left very early for the airport. Our room had a refrigerator and a small microwave. We received a To Go breakfast bag in the morning because we left too early for the breakfast that was provided. That was very nice!

There isn’t a restaurant close by if you don’t have a vehicle. However there is a selection of frozen dinners that you can purchase and microwave in your room. That was appreciated as we arrived quite late in the evening.

Writing Table has good lighting that is important for the work that I had to do. Room serves it's purpose. Variety of choices for breakfast that makes it nice. As I had to attend a Teams Meeting in the morning, was allowed to take into my room a cup of coffee, a muffin, banana and apple that meets my breakfast while attending teams Meeting. Airport Shuttle on schedule and well organized. Associates of the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Could be more environmental conscious like not having to replace the bathing towel on a daily basis as I take two (2) shower per day, one in the morning before going to work and one after work. That applies to the floor towel. Not sure if the bedsheet is changed daily but no necessity. This might depend on the type of guest that you are housing. Like for me. I am out from the room for more than 12 hours at work.

We had a king suite it was a large room with a nice seating area for the couch and chair that was very comfortable. The walk in shower with sliding door was perfect for easily get in and out of. It had a good size kitchen counter which was great as we were eating in most nights. The lobby area is huge and welcoming you can sit in the dining room area any time of the day with many people watching team Canada game when we got back one night. The front desk staff were awesome especially dealing with the blizzard that was going on during our stay.

They close up the breakfast area right at 9:30 so if your eating and we’re going back for anything else you definitely don’t get any warning they close the big doors right away the young girl was closing it up with people still trying to make food. Most places I’ve been to will not rush you out from that area I would suggest maybe 10 am to close 9:30 seemed early especially a weekend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff who worked at the breakfast buffet. They need to get a raise! They were so attentive to when items needed to be replaced, bringing in the fresh, hot food efficiently. The juice machine is a different concept and not obvious as to how it dispenses the juice but the staff, time after time, explained how it works, not showing any frustration. (A note to the hotel management: perhaps a more visible sign explaining this would be more helpful, as the staff have a lot to take care of).

We were looking forward to using the pool but on our second night, there was a large very obnoxious group of teenagers in the pool area. They were extremely loud and I'm pretty sure there shouldn't have been that many people in there. Obviously I can't blame the fact that other people were there, but there were so many people in there that the steam was coming out into the hallway, as they were holding the door open yelling and being so obnoxiously noisy. No one else would have been able to use the pool, but the noise was also affecting the whole floor. It would have been nice to have had their time limited. Not the end of the world but that's all we didn't like.

The breakfast is on point they had bacon sausage scrambled eggs baked beans assortment of pastries waffles pancakes assortments of fruits yogurts juices coffee it was good everything was fresh from start to finish and they never ran out the area the hotel is located is peaceful they have free shuttle to airport most definitely recommend

When you first come in the lobby can be a little disappointing and misleading they lounge furniture is few and not very inviting

We booked the king room, the room was clean and has good amenities(mini fridge, Microwave, iron, hair dryer,tv). Pool and spa were great! Breakfast was normal but closed at 9:30 every morning. The location was perfect because it was in between Toronto and Niagara Falls and had soo many halal spots around.

An issue for the room was that the tv did not have any streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc), just had basic 60 channels. Another issue was regarding the shower was that the basin needed to be replaced because there were black spots at the bottom and near wall by shower sliding door.

breakfast was good, good staff checking in and out . one of the housemaid had an attitude while cleaning our room but the other one was really nice. pool is nice but the depth of the pool is not kid friendly.

definitely not kid friendly. nothing around is kids stuff. the room is pretty small not very spacious. a little bit of room for moving around. they gave us room with view of the dumpster but when asked they were nice enough of to move us. location to get to the hotel is not so easy to get to. it’s around industrial area. wish it was walking distance to something.

I booked a king size bed, but my daughter decided to come with us, when we arrived at the hotel, I asked the staff at the reception if there’s available two queen bed instead of the king, He checked and he said there’s one and he will change my accommodation. We’re happy that he did and it’s free of charge😀. Breakfast is great, my daughter said the gym is the best, great layout and not crowded. swimming pool is lovely too, and the hot tub is fit for 2 people only a bit small, but overall it’s a great hotel to stay.

It would be nice if there’s electric charger for the car.but nevertheless there’s a lot in the area, it’s convenient if they do have.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the breakfast area but did receive a to go bag which was appreciated. I would suggest a muffin instead of a cookie though. The transport driver and staff were friendly and professional.

The property was very presentable but there was a strong odour in the hall way and in the room which smelt something like dogs. The pull out bed mattress unfortunately was quite thin and sheets and blankets had to be requested as there weren’t any in the room for the pullout bed. Unfortunately though it didn’t affect our stay, it was sad to see that the cushions on the pullout couch and the lounge chair were quite visibly ripped, as this establishment ratings are quite good.

The staff were all very good. Our room was next to the laundry but we heard no noise at all. There was plenty of parking. The hotel is very close to a main road but there was no noise from there either. It was easy to get to the airport from the hotel. Once again, there was no airport noise.

Our room was on the ground floor but it could not have been further away from the entrance and the breakfast room. My wife found this difficult as she was using a cane and had to stop several times on the walk.
