Great hotel close to Toronto Pearson airport. Nice room, pool to relax , helpful friendly staff Good airport shuttle which was not only great for airport arrival/ departure but also really useful to get in and out of the city centre as there is a good , fast, cheap and regular train service to/from downtown from terminals 1 and 3. The staff happily book airport shuttle for you whenever you want. I also booked a tour to Niagara which collected and returned me to this hotel

Breakfast was ok but not great. Busy and options were a bit limited. It would be great to have some food options at other hours. There are outlets fairly close by but for a solo traveller in house would be better. They do provide a microwave and fridge on the room so you could get your own ready meal if you wanted.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a free breakfast that we weren’t able to enjoy because we left very early for the airport. Our room had a refrigerator and a small microwave. We received a To Go breakfast bag in the morning because we left too early for the breakfast that was provided. That was very nice!

There isn’t a restaurant close by if you don’t have a vehicle. However there is a selection of frozen dinners that you can purchase and microwave in your room. That was appreciated as we arrived quite late in the evening.

Excellent nice and clean hotel. The location is very convenient at 401/Dexie. Many restaurants and stores close by. The reception staff has a nice and friendly attitude. The Indian Sikh Guy with turban (sorry forgot to ask his name) has excellent, friendly, and nice attitude. We had a wonderful experience checking in and checking out with him. My big thanks to this staff member. My salute to you, my friend!

The breakfast area is small and can not accommodate most of the guests. There was a big line for breakfast when we went over there. Also, there was no spot left to sit down for breakfast. I saw guests taking the breakfast, filled in the plates, to their rooms. Due to this congestion, we left without taking our breakfast. The breakfast area needs to be improved.

Writing Table has good lighting that is important for the work that I had to do. Room serves it's purpose. Variety of choices for breakfast that makes it nice. As I had to attend a Teams Meeting in the morning, was allowed to take into my room a cup of coffee, a muffin, banana and apple that meets my breakfast while attending teams Meeting. Airport Shuttle on schedule and well organized. Associates of the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Could be more environmental conscious like not having to replace the bathing towel on a daily basis as I take two (2) shower per day, one in the morning before going to work and one after work. That applies to the floor towel. Not sure if the bedsheet is changed daily but no necessity. This might depend on the type of guest that you are housing. Like for me. I am out from the room for more than 12 hours at work.

We had a king suite it was a large room with a nice seating area for the couch and chair that was very comfortable. The walk in shower with sliding door was perfect for easily get in and out of. It had a good size kitchen counter which was great as we were eating in most nights. The lobby area is huge and welcoming you can sit in the dining room area any time of the day with many people watching team Canada game when we got back one night. The front desk staff were awesome especially dealing with the blizzard that was going on during our stay.

They close up the breakfast area right at 9:30 so if your eating and we’re going back for anything else you definitely don’t get any warning they close the big doors right away the young girl was closing it up with people still trying to make food. Most places I’ve been to will not rush you out from that area I would suggest maybe 10 am to close 9:30 seemed early especially a weekend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the staff who worked at the breakfast buffet. They need to get a raise! They were so attentive to when items needed to be replaced, bringing in the fresh, hot food efficiently. The juice machine is a different concept and not obvious as to how it dispenses the juice but the staff, time after time, explained how it works, not showing any frustration. (A note to the hotel management: perhaps a more visible sign explaining this would be more helpful, as the staff have a lot to take care of).

We were looking forward to using the pool but on our second night, there was a large very obnoxious group of teenagers in the pool area. They were extremely loud and I'm pretty sure there shouldn't have been that many people in there. Obviously I can't blame the fact that other people were there, but there were so many people in there that the steam was coming out into the hallway, as they were holding the door open yelling and being so obnoxiously noisy. No one else would have been able to use the pool, but the noise was also affecting the whole floor. It would have been nice to have had their time limited. Not the end of the world but that's all we didn't like.

The breakfast is on point they had bacon sausage scrambled eggs baked beans assortment of pastries waffles pancakes assortments of fruits yogurts juices coffee it was good everything was fresh from start to finish and they never ran out the area the hotel is located is peaceful they have free shuttle to airport most definitely recommend

When you first come in the lobby can be a little disappointing and misleading they lounge furniture is few and not very inviting

The hotel was a perfect location for us and the complimentary shuttle bus was so good, we used it a few times during our stay and was very easy to book. The free breakfast, was great for us, we always managed to find something to our liking and there was a good choice. Our room was a suite which was really great, the bed was large and very comfortable, very quiet too.

Was disappointed that I didn’t get IHG rewards points added as our Booking.com account is in my name and IHG in my wife’s.

Immediately upon walking in staff smiled, the lobby was exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished all around very welcoming. The room is large and spacious, very clean, (and I check corners, etc.) the bed was extremely comfortable and my husband and I both were very impressed with the room and the furniture

I can honestly say there was nothing. I didn’t like about the property except maybe the fact that I was looking forward to a bath and they have large showers but no bathtubs. But seriously that was my only complaint.

The room was clean with ample space, the beds were lovely and quite firm. The hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle was good.

The bath tub was very slippery, all three of us nearly fell so I put a hand towel on the floor of the tub which helped a lot. Although I had paid for breakfast we were not able to get any as they don't open until 6.30am and we had to leave by 6.20am. The shuttle only goes every 40 minutes which made us have to leave early. I figure every 20 minutes would be better.
