It was close to the airport which is what we needed for our last day in Canada as we were lugging around 6 cases plus 3 back packs and we had to drop out hire car back at the airport. It had a free transfer bus which took as little as 5 minutes to transfer you and handled all our bags The staff were really friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable although you could hear the water running in the neighbouring rooms. A simple hot and cold breakfast was included. Free coffee in the foyer while waiting there. Nice restaurant/cafe adjoining the hotel where breakfast is served. I thought the hotel was going to be a bit shabby but we were really pleased.

Obviously the location is not a highlight being next to the airport so there is some aircraft noise, but you can't have convenience and views. The bathroom had a combined bath and shower but the shower plunger didn't work fully. I forgot to mention it to them though.

I wasn’t sure what to expect of a cheap hotel just outside the airport, but it was surprisingly lovely and oddly charming. The room was large and well equipped, including two double beds, a coffee maker/kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel operates a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. I wasn’t expecting breakfast expecting some disturbance from the airport, but it really wasn’t a problem. The hotel has good facilities, with a pizza restaurant, shop and pub all attached. I wasn’t expecting breakfast for the price I paid, but found that it was included and included “make your own” waffles! All in all, very highly recommended for the price.

The hotel offers a shuttle service from Toronto Pearson airport which runs every 30 min but can also be reached by an approx. 15 min walk from the final stop of the Viscount Station of the Terminal Link Train. When I booked, it was considerably less expensive than the other hotels around the airport. I had a quiet, clean room with all the amenities you would expect from a motel style accommodation. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay (eggs, cereals, waffles). I was too jet-lagged to try the on-site pub.

Everything was fine.

LOVED their Buffet Breakfast and staff friendliness and help. Loved the location PERIOD. Uber was Awesome and Very CHEAP travel by the bus stop which is just out front of the hotel to anywhere downtown if you want even more savings on your stopover or visit to TO. Enterprise Rent A Car came and got us to rent their car only 5 mins up the road from the hotel. Awesome service. Other then be bored in hotel for 30 hours, We rented a car for our stopover and visited Niagara Falls Buffallo, NY USA for several hours of shopping and dining. Took the Rainbow Bridge across in Niagara Falls, On. Awesome city and very friendly people over there. Don't let Fox News keep you away from personally visiting Buffallo, NY. They have some pretty awesome restaurants also!

Nothing to complain about AT ALL. .

PERFECT Location, PERFECT Food Choices on Site, Excellent FREE Shuttle Bus, Friendly Staff and Operates Every 30 mins VERY convenient to have a convienience store on site., Best Prices here to Eat around outside the airport, Free Buffet, Clean Rooms, and Excellent Customer Service. Staff were absolutely amazing. Paid just 135.00 CAD taxes in per night with the non refundable option on Booking.com. Saying that No hotel in the airport can be booked for under $200+ per night so more money for our vacation!

Beds were stiff and not super comfortable. Most likely new mattresses. Still wasn't too bad. Pillows and sheets were really clean and everything else besides the beds stiffness was excellent.

Due to my late flight arrival and early flight departure for the next day..I had only 3hrs. of sleep before having to get ready for a 4:30am pick up departure back to the airport.It was a friday nite,the pub and restaurant was packed with a happy crowd.I had a room on the first floor,first room down the hallway.I was so happy that the crowd didn't spill into the hallway near my room.and that I got my 3hrs. of sleep.

Well,I did ask the kind lady at the desk if there would be breakfast to go.. no ...too bad.

The airport shuttle was excellent. Our drivers both helped to load our bags on and off the vehicle, and there was a regular service. Breakfast was adequate for our needs, and was included in the total cost of our stay. We ate an evening meal in the bar attached to the hotel and the service was excellent with very friendly staff who made us feel most welcome.

The bedroom curtains were quite thin and didn't completely cover the windows. No USB charging points.

We arrived just before 1AM due to flight delays and there was no shuttle service. The taxi cost was $40 for a five minute ride but it was a sellers market at that time of the morning. The Shuttle return at 6AM was excellent service as we only had a 3hour rest.

The hotel did their best. It looks like the Airport Hilton is closer than the Quality inn. The Sheraton on the airport is a rip off in cost. The Quality Inn through booking .com was the best value for dollar especially for only 3 hours rest.

The location was perfect for us as we were catching flights a week apart and needed to be close to airport. The free breakfast was hot, a good variety and delicious. The staff at the front desk both stays were not only friendly but greeted everyone they came into contact with with big smiles and willing to do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as they could. We stayed in many hotels close to airport over the years and definitely got good service, but at this hotel, all the staff and the manager we. meet went above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The free shuttle service to airport was also prompt and the drivers were friendly and very accommodating. Not sure why we didn't stay there before but will definitely be staying there anytime we need a hotel in that area. I sincerely hope that the management knows how fortunate they are to have these hardworking awesome people working for them. Being in management for over 25 years, I can recognize the good workers from the not so good. These people are very sincere conscious workers and I know from experience that an employee can cost you money or make you money and I strongly believe that they are the latter. We will share our experience at your wonderful hotel and will be back. Thank you very much.

Used this for a single-night stay before flying off again and it was absolutely fine. Staff were really friendly and the room was nice and big. The attached restaurant is more like a fast-food joint but it was actually pretty decent. Got a small shop near reception for snacks which wasn't the cheapest but it was OK. The free airport shuttle was a great little extra. Room was pretty quiet and the beds were comfy and large. Breakfast was early enough (6:30 I think...) for us to grab some early morning basics (the sausages were tasty) before rushing off again to the airport.

The hotel is a tiny bit tired in places but it didn't bother us.
