Everything about our stay was excellent, with special thanks to the lady at the reception who was very kind while we were having problems with our car, which was much appreciated. Room was nice and well equipped, and beds were very comfortable.

Only the coffee, which we all agreed was undrinkable. Everything else, including all other breakfast item were great.

I liked that it was nice to have an outdoor space where you walk around.... and grass to walk on and just relax. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to shopping and food. The breakfast had more options than most hotel breakfasts, hot and cold food.

The lights in the bathroom are not very bright.

Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a lot of choices.

We were on the side of the hotel facing the 417, could hear the traffic go by while trying to fall asleep but once asleep we did not hear it. No comfortable place to sit in the room, furniture was hard.

Cleanliness. Spacious room for our needs, as well as bathroom.

Traffic noise from highway disturbed sleep. Thought the window and wall construction would have taken the highway noice into account and been built more sound proof.

Rooms were nice and clean.

The gentleman at the counter wasn't helpful at all. We requested communicating rooms to be close to our friends but he said the room was occupied which it wasn't. I tried to negotiate with the gentleman but he didn't want to understand. He simply totally had a lack of respect or didn't want to bother looking into it.

I was able to do an early check in so I could get to my event on time, staff was accommodating and polite. Wished me a good time and congratulations to my friends who got married.

I didn’t have any issues during my short stay, everything was satisfactory for me.

The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The bathrooms were amazing. The products that were in the bathroom were nice. Breakfast had lots of options and was good! Check in was easy and the location was great, it was on a quiet street with a 2 restaurants and a grocery store a walk away.

The main hotel was very warm. The gym was way to hot and was not comfortable to work out in.

It was incredibly happy that everything in the room was scent free, and the toiletries were essential oil based. I have a sensitivity to fragrance and this was the first time in a long time I stayed in a hotel that I was completely comfortable in.

The best bed and pillow during my stayed hotel in these 2 weeks both in USA: New York, Washington DC, and Canada: Toronto, Quebec.

Unfortunately during hotel arrival, hotel computer system broke down, need to wait a bit longer than usual.

Good price. Reasonable breakfast was included. The room was very nice and spacious. Location was convenient.

Had a room facing a busy highway and so had to use the fans in the room to drown out the traffic noise.
