This hotel provided a very comfortable, safe and kind space where my family and I spent the best 4 nights of our life! The hotel is christian centered which makes it very calming and pleasant to be in! The personnel were very kind and friendly, allowing us to get a late check out at 12:30pm, as well as cleaning the room everyday, and being very kind by giving us some free cookies left over from breakfast! They provide hot and cold water, many tea options as well as coffee for free 24/7 and have a snack menu with nice options for purchase! The breakfast has so many options, and there was always something new everyday! The location was good with many parks and playgrounds around and quickly accessible stores near by. The room was very clean and comfortable and a pleasure to stay in! Everything was wonderful and I recommend this place to anyone staying in Ottawa! Will definitely be going back!

Property is clean and well kept. Hot & cold water station near the reception desk is a nice touch! I think this place has the best value for accommodation that’s close to the airport. Most areas we explored in Ottawa were a ~20 min uber ride away in multiple directions. The free breakfast is great and something we definitely appreciated. I also arrived early and they were able to hold my luggage behind the desk so I didn’t have to worry about it. I found the rooms very spacious with fast working temp control.

Exceptional clean. Check in a couple hours earlier. Save property. Exquisite home baked goods on check out desk. We had been able to pre order a taxi for the early upcoming morning and a wake up call was offered.

I didn't realize the property was very ( Christian) The property sign had the digital message: "Jesus Forgives You" A large crucifix behind front desk and a huge wooden carved board with The Lord's prayer on wall exiting the elevator. I am a non practicing Christian and am not use to such display in Canada, making me wonder how uncomfortable other religious groups would feel and if those would feel undesirable. No indication on property description on the platform that this is a very religious Christian Hotel till the outdoor display or I might not have booked this strikt no refundable booking. That said, the staff didn't make us feel unwelcome.

July 30th.2025 During my visit to Ottawa, I have explored numerous other destinations, but this particular stay was exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The continental breakfast was well presented. The premises were immaculately clean, boasting a great layout and a pleasant setting on each floor. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with high-quality supplies in abundance. The beds were remarkably comfortable, as evident from the pictures.

The fridge was unplugged and not reported at reception for the next guest, and the toilet flush is in need of servicing.

Property is decent and the location is good as well. Rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast is the best attribute about the property. If you are in Ottawa, and looking for staying for a day or two - this is highly recommended.

The only thing that I would like the hotel to know is the carpet smell in the room. Not sure if the carpet is old or something else, not sure. If they can look into that it will be great.

I really loved the stay. The check-in process was smooth. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Gym was small and clean with required equipments. The breakfast was awesome. Lot of varieties and hot food. Breakfast menu was different each day. Big parking lot. Fresh coffee at reception throughout the day for free.

The room carpet could have been cleaned.

The hotel was very clean and well equipped. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast with a large variety of foods (GF bread available as well.) We had to stay for an extra unplanned night as our child was ill, and the staff were very quick and accommodating with letting us keep our room for an extra night. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Ottawa.

It was our second time and I would definitely go back. The staff is very nice and the rooms are cleaned. We had a small issue with the booking but the man at the front desk did everything to get us a good room. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Location is perfect at 5-10 minutes drive to all the big stores.

We were at the first floor, so we could hear the people above us walk.

The staff are very nice and the room is very clean. Nice to have the hot and cold driving water anytime. Full facilities including fridge and microwave in the room made our stay convenient. Environment is very calming down. My family liked staying at this hotel!

The toilet is very clean but the floor is a very slippery when it’s wet. The shower water could be small in peak time during evenings.

This property is exceptional. Staff are wonderful and helpful. The whole building is spotless. Our room was large, the bed was very, very good. Decor is pleasant, and everything just feels right when you walk in. We have been traveling for almost a month, and my wife went "aah" when she saw the room. The included breakfast was good, with eggs, bacon, hash browns and lots of other really good stuff.

Only thing i can think of would be to have a list of the TV channels.
