The hotel location . Near most of Qatar attractions and less busy area. It's near Landmark mall you can walk to it . But there is no special walk area. The Room size is really good and comfortable.. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to Thanks Marwa and all receptionists in helping us and addressing our needs . The breakfast was excellent and has good options But not very big space if get busy. Has swimming pool and SPA. Has facial saloon and resturents in the hotel. Also has a Gyn .

You need to be careful with google Map to reach the hotel as the hotel near a high way and you need to enter before the high way as there is no right turn as per Google direction . Better to use the Landmark mall as the location as it near by the hotel or Ramiz then you will reach easily. Not suitable if you don't have car . As no suitable walk area to reach near by Malls such as Azdan mall . You can reach Landmark mall but not suitable to walk for kids and families.

Staff were very nice and helpful

The rooms were dark with no natural daylight, and the location of the hotel was challenging to access as it was situated on a complex highway with numerous roads. There were no nearby shops, although a mall was available that required crossing busy roads. Compared to other 5-star hotels, it was relatively small. I wanted to extend my stay, but it wasn’t possible, so I had to switch to another hotel. Additionally, some rooms require quite a long walk to reach due to the limited number of elevators.

My experience at this hotel has been exceptional in every sense of the word. The rooms are spacious and wonderfully equipped, and the cleanliness was at the highest level. I enjoyed excellent service by the staff who were always smiling and ready to fulfil all my needs. The breakfast was delicious and varied, which made the beginning of my day special. The location was also perfect. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be back in the future!

There are some things that need to be improved. The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent, but I noticed that some facilities need maintenance. Towels, the bathroom should be completely clean, and the curtain maintenance in which the bathroom does not go up and does not go down. If attention is paid to these details, the hotel will become more comfortable and attractive. However, I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and I hope that these feedback will be considered to improve the future experience.

Everything is exceptional. Ezdan palace is my first choice since three years now and will continue because every time I’m going there I’m feeling that I’m in my home. Thank you for all people in reception, they are professional and know exactly how to treat the customers and special thanks to Al thoraya restaurant team who are making amazing food every Thursday and Friday, really everything in that hotel is making me feel comfortable. I never felt with that at any other hotel. I’m planning from now for my next stay in Ezdan Palace Hotel.

Sure there’s nothing 100%, always there’s a room for improvement, and I will keep highlighting that Ezdan palace need to improve the kid’s activity especially in the swimming pool, with that amazing huge pool you can add some water toys for kids which will lead to more customers satisfaction and loyalty. The breakfast was fantastic, the head chef as well as the lady serving up the eggs each morning were fantastic and always helpful. Ramesh on the reception made us feel welcome and was always asking about how we were getting on and if we needed anything. The pool area was really good together with the jacuzzi. Location was brilliant, around 10 minutes on a taxi from the hustle and bustle of Doha.

The gym was a little poor, and if there could have been some complimentary snacks or access to a lounge similar to other hotels during the day that would make this hotel exceptional.

The Whole Experience was great... all the way from the check in till the check out... The room was a pool view, spacious and well established with all required facilities.. breakfast buffet is amazing and full of choices. the remarkable thing was that the duty manager, (Mr. Zakaria) really went out of the norm during such a busy season and allowed me a special access to the pool as early as 6:30 AM while it starts at 8:30 AM or 9:00... this was really a great sign of the mentality of the hotel management and how they run the hospitality business over there and they really thrive to Exceed the guest Expectations.. Many thanks to Mr. Zakaria and all the team in the hotel.. will visit this hotel again for sure in my next time out with my family... regards

I greatly appreciated the hotel staff, particularly Zakaria, Fouad, and Ramesh, for their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness. The breakfast team was also friendly and accommodating, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast itself was very generous and diverse, with a wide range of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the swimming pool was excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience that added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; it was my first experience where the hotel services were truly exceptional.

It was a five star hotel facility but it seems it needs some renovations to keep the standard up. Breakfast buffet and pool area were exceptional. Room was spacious and clean, good/different options for pillows.

Spa was comprised of three rooms: sauna, steam room, relaxation room. Very small, no robes or slippers provided. Water the the shower and bath kept fluctuating from hot to cold and was very unpleasant, especially for my five-year-old son who was crying when water turned too hot or too cold every time he took a shower. There was only one bath robe although the room was booked for two adults and a child, even when we asked for one, it never came. Also, the towels were a bit too worn out, they were 3 star level which was a shame.

The building is spectacular and the rooms phenomenal. Truely 5*. All staff were polite and lovely. Exceptional value for money. Valet parking was excellent and appreciated. Breakfast was of a good standard although they struggled capacity wise at peak times.

It’s right next to a major highway which is hard to tell from the photos but actually you would not notice once you are inside the site. Even if outside in the courtyard. It actually suited us pretty well for getting about but you do need to master the sat nav to find the single slip road to get into it. Otherwise you end up going around the block a couple of times. Not a criticism at all but just be aware of that. The only negative of our experience was the room service food which was only of average quality. A soggy pizza. But nevertheless for the price we paid for a 5* property of this standard in Doha over the F1 weekend. It was a fantastic trip.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ezdan Palace Hotel for the second time, and it was another wonderful experience for our 3-night stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the hotel staff, making us feel right at home. Initially, we were given a twin sharing room, but thanks to the responsive team, we quickly requested a change to a king-size bed with a lovely balcony, and they accommodated us without hesitation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we will certainly return to Ezdan Palace Hotel in the future. Highly recommended!
