Excellent place to stay

Location is superb! Walking distance to Santa Fe and Oviedo Shopping Mall. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the large shower head in the bathroom.

At check in we were notified that breakfast was not included while it was stated in the booking confirmation that this was the case. Also the in the hotel system the reservation was only for 2 people whilst booking we specified for 4 adults plus 1 child, so there definitely was some miscommunication here unfortunately.

Room is big and comfy, all the basics are covered. Location is exceptional. Very safe location and away from the noise of El Poblado but still close everything. There is even a mall directly across so no problem if you need anything.

Soundproofing is a bit weak, you can still some noise from outside especially during rush hours. Also, needs some improvements on breakfast options and quality, but there is a mall across the street so no problem with that.

Room was very comfortable. I was lucky to have a high floor with a beautiful view of the city. Room was also pretty quiet and sound proof. TV with alot of channels. Also enjoyed the breakfast service on the rooftop. Oh, and the courtesy beer was a great gesture! I think that may have been the first time a hotel gave me a free drink. I would stay here again.

No restaurant or dinner service. Only breakfast, bar/cafe.

Breakfast was cool resort very central to everything I love the walk to Santa fe mall! Very close to my favo restaurant in medellin!

At arrival I was informed that they accept only cop or card, so I had to walk to e atm to look for cop, since I travel with US to pay at resort!

The loud noise below in front of the hotel for 2 consecutive nights until 12.00am gave me a terrible headache

Excellent location, clean and neat rooms, the Front Desk Staff are very attentive and helpful ready to give information and solve any inconvenience

The room with balcony are not soundproof, the noise from the avenue can be heard all the night

The staff was really kind, from kitchen to receptionists and cleaning staff they were really friendly and procured that our stay was really confortable. For me it was a business trip, for my mom it was vacations and the location was perfect for both, it’s close to everything we needed.

I loved the view from the hotel room ,service is good Hotel is clean But employees at front desk and breaskfast area all have fake smiles ,its like they smile at you forcefully just for the hotel rules ,but some of them really hate atending the guests ,not good for the hotel Not sure if there salary has something to do with it But i did not feel that welcome at this hotel staff is not good!

Staff just work for the money Most employees do not make u feel welcome Most of then are rasists! Very bad for hotel guests Very bad when hotel is rasist!!!
