First of all I love the location, close to airport and also close to everywhere. The hotel is very clean and a place you want to be after a whole year stress and want to spend quality time with your family. You really don't need to leave the hotel as they have all the necessary amenities needed to enjoy your stay and make you comfortable. If you like luxury and you want to feel rich, Movenpick hotel is your place to stay as the hotel staff are exceptional. They are so hands on, they attend to every of your needs. If you ever think of visiting, Lahcen is your guy. He is the guest relationship supervisor. He made sure we got checked in time. Took us round the whole hotel and show us all the amenities they have. He was really helpful and he made us feel so special. Took his time to decorate our room with roses and made my kids understand what is called luxury. The Director/Manager was really nice as well, can't remember his name. He took us to the whole restaurants on the property and introduced us to the guy and lady at the kids club. My kids really love it there, they never want to leave there. They are engaged with lot of activities. The staff at the kids club were very sweet and lovely. The concierge staff was so helpful, Told us everywhere to visit. With their help, I forget about my bucket list. They plan each day for us. Most especially the lady at the concierge. She was so sweet. Lastly, if you are going for the breakfast or Dinner, Younes is the Cordinator, that's your guy. He was so nice and quick to attend to our needs. Mustapha is also very lovely, he made sure we never lack anything. We really enjoyed our stay at the movenpick hotel, at a point my wife asked if we paid extra to enjoy this luxury and hospitality. We noticed that's how they are towards every customer. I am sure they are well trained. The spa is also another lovely place you want to be. My wife and I went to the spa 3times.

I look every bit of the property.

The property is absolutely beautiful! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like royalty. We were greeted with Moroccan tea (so good) through a grand entrance, check-in was seamless, the grounds were clean, the property is decorated immaculately, and there are so many sections and areas that you can experience. Our room was spacious, housekeeping arrived daily, complimentary water was also provided each day. Also we were provided with welcome treats in our room on the first day. There are various pools you can enjoy, tons of options available during morning breakfast and an array of choices for dinner. One of the highlights of our experience was the service provided by our host, Lahcen!! He is truly amazing and so accommodating. I don’t think our experience would have been the same without him. He checked in daily, provided top notch recommendations, was available throughout the day for any of our needs, he even helped us with communications with local establishments/businesses. We absolutely loved him! Thank you Movenpick for an unforgettable experience! We’ll be back and we will recommend our friends!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! Really great property, staff are all friendly, helpful and polite. Mr Lahcen the front desk manager is an absolute legend! I mentioned in passing that it was my birthday and returned to a wonderful surprise in my room. Thank you so much. Will definately return! If you are after a luxury, safe, clean place to stay in marrakech, look no further!

Maybe more variety at breakfast..was pretty much thesame thing every day The drainage in the shower was faulty and so water flooded the bathroom floor each time i took a shower

Movenpick was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is worth the price tag that it comes with. From the service, to the beautiful decor to the amazing staff. In particular, Lahcen Abahri from the Guest Relations department was superb. Immediately after booking my stay, he messaged me to ask for any special requirements to make my stay perfect. To my surprise, Lahcen upgraded my room to a suite at no extra cost. Many thanks to Lahcen and all the fantastic staff at Movenpick. I will be back soon!!!

Our third time staying here! And honestly we never want to leave!! Everything is spectacular and the staff are amazing! Especially Lahcen who went above & beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He is truly a lovely person And my children absolutley adore him. See you all very soon can’t wait to come back :)

I admire the ambiance of the environment, the staff politeness, I adore one of their staff he alleviated my anxiety (Lahcen), I felt welcome and relax on arrival, everyone working there delivered top tier services and I appreciate every bit of it, definitely would recommend. I don't regret spending my birthday weekend there, location is perfect 🤩 near all amenities.

We liked the hotel with its magnificent entrance, amazing pools, plants, and colours. Mr Lahcen Abahri, guest relations supervisor, arranged our transportation, kept in contact with me every day, and made our stay pleasant. It was an exceptional experience we enjoyed fully.

Sadly, only stayed one night but it was a very enjoyable short stay. It’s a larger hotel than I expected with several pool options and nice grounds with quiet areas. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food although it was very busy.

The staff were the stand out positive experience to our stay and made us feel like an extension of their family! Particularly when traveling with a young child, we felt comfortavle and confidently say that this was an exceptional experience. The management team who initially greeted us, including Nadia and Lahcen were very professional, personable and attentive. This was consistently excellent throughout our stay. We knew the culture from here would be great. Both Mohamed (entrance) and Houssam (breakfast) who make the iconic Morroccan tea were kind and welcoming. They were wonderful to talk to and we enjoyed many visits to their respective tea stations during our stay, enjoying the hospitality and speaking about Morrocan culture. The quality of food and variety of the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Nouhalia looked after us very well and her hospitality was excellent. The team, including herself, head chef and Houssam surprised us with a birthday cake for our son, which was truly memorable for us all. Last but not least, the kids club was also a memorable experience for our son. A special thanks to Touria, Iqbal and the team for their professionalism and kindness. Our son enjoyed his time with them so much that he never wanted to leave. He has left with fond memories of the pizza, drawings and bracelet he got to make. Overall the facilities, rooms and dining experience (Marcelona) were all of high quality and allowed for an excellent stay.

We enjoyed most aspects of our stay, however to improve it further I would recommend the following for future guests (as consistent with other 5 star hotels): 1. Inclusive yoga and pilates free of charge to guests 2. Shuttle service to the medina a few times a day 3. Marketing and photos of the hotel on Booking.com and personal website did not do justice to the high quality of facilities that we experienced in person
