This accommodation was absolutely wonderful. I was visiting Sydney after a 30 year gap and used to work a lot in North Sydney when I lived there. Quest was the perfect place to stay and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I loved every minute of the stay. It was the perfect place to relax and chill after busy days exploring Sydney. The bed was so comfortable, there were laundry facilities that were free of charge and a gym too. The apartment was perfectly kitted out with everything you would need for a stay in the city. I'll definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends and family.

There wasn't anything to complain about except maybe that we didn't stay long enough!

The accommodation was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you could need — such as tableware, a kitchen, an iron, scissors, and more. There was also a well-equipped gym downstairs. The surroundings outside the hotel were peaceful and beautiful. Buses and the subway were just a 3-5 minute walk away, making it very convenient. There was a convenience store just a 2-3 minute walk away, and the well-known Coles supermarket was about a 5-7 minute walk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Many thanks to the hotel for arranging a two-bedroom unit for me and my family — we were very satisfied! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

Great little apartment which we used for two people for 15 days over Christmas. Location was very good with Metro about 100 yards away to get elsewhere.. Reception staff were lovely especially one lady who's name I can't remember but she always had a smile and a conversation. Very good for what I paid

Couldn't quite get the cleaners methods, they'd fill up the Nespresso pods but not the Instant Coffee, shampoo ran out then next day shower gel. But can't really complain. The only thing I'd prefer is if you could actually open a window/door to let some air in or get rid of cooking smells but all of them couldn't be opened

The property is well equipped, it has a gym and laundry facility which we used, came in very handy. It's well located in North Sydney, there are restaurant nearby, we visited the lost and found for coffee in the mornings, the Fresh Pantry is also nearby for water and snacks during our stay. It's also a safe neighbourhood to walk around, which we did The staff were friendly and useful, they helped get us a room for early check in, which I was extremely grateful for after a long flight

I enjoyed my stay at the property and would stay again. I have two points for management to help improve on this experience 1) Shower: please use a grout brush to help prevent the build up on mould. 2) The Dryers may need a service, they take a while to dry the clothes, it's automated which means it stops when the sensors are happy your clothes are dry, on a full load this took roughly 2 hours. Other than these points which are not as bad as they sound, we had a great stay, We used the shower with no issue, water was hot, pressure was great. We used the dryer with no issue, took a while, luckily we had time. The beds were great and as mentioned earlier, I would stay again

We had a problem with our booking (my mistake) and they could not have been more understanding or helpful. Great accommodation in a great location. Close to the metro line (Victoria Cross stop) - a two-minute walk and North Sydney station is a ten-minute walk. 2–3-minute walk to an IGA and woolies and a BWS. A surprisingly quiet location given that it is so close to the city. The metro Victoria Cross station is one stop from the Barangaroo stop which is super convenient. We enjoyed the meals at the Union Hotel and enjoyed a very nice Thai meal from Doodee King.

Location was quite good, would have rated this even better if Metro Line had been operational during first few days of our stay(shut for maintenance)

We arrived by cab, and didn't see the closest Metro Station entrance further north up Miller Street. The only train access we were aware of was Metro Entrance in Denison St and North Sydney station which we used the most. Google maps does not show the Metro entrances, only the general location of the station. We are in our 70s and planned to do a bit of walking around Sydney on our break. The extra walk to stations was OK for us but might be a challenge for a less mobile person. Might be a good idea to have a note in the rooms about nearest station entrances etc.

Spacious shower with a good pressure of hot water. Bathroom had plenty of storage space. Towels changed every day. The bed was kingsize. The room was spacious so heaps of room for cases. 3 x storage cupboards with drawers and plenty of coat hangers. Located minutes from the Metro. We also used the 230 bus quite regularly. Bus stop opposite Metro entry. IGA with a good range 2 doors down. Able to cook in the room.

Great place away from the hustle & bustle of the CBD, but still accessible to many good places. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. 1min walk to Victoria Cross station. Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodation. Shout out to the Honey Lee & the reception team. We had a PM flight, and they offered their post-check out shower facilities. It was very thoughtful that they have this service. Rooms were as advertised.

The bath area is very small. The door of the shower area did not close well, so even if we had positioned the bath mat, there were still water on the floor. We had cleaning service just ones - they only fixed the bed and changed the towels. They DID NOT empty the bin, get the used towels including the soaked bath mat, and replenish the toilet paper

-good location very close to the metro which was easy to use to get around -clean and modern rooms -well equipped laundry room which was free to use -did not require some large safety deposit -staff were so kind, friendly, helpful and attentive. Let me keep my luggage there as I was coming back after a few days time which was so helpful and kind of them.

Minor issues to be improved: -bathroom was cramped in the room but when we stayed in a bigger suite on the second visit this was much better size. -bedding isn’t a duvet cover but just two flat sheets with duvet inbetween (I noted this in other Australian hotels) it just gets very messy during the night. -housekeeping not consistent

Friendly staff and clean room. Decently equipped kitchenette. Plunger coffee only - but there was a pod machine available for guest use near the entry to the gym. The complimentary milk in the fridge had already been opened and used - but the receptionist was happy to give us a new one when we asked. Very small but functional bathroom. Good location being right next to Victoria Cross metro station.

We booked the most basic room, but given that the rating on Booking.com is 9/10 - we were expecting better quality furnishings and decor. We were not expecting to see bars (however decorative) on the windows. They are clearly there to block the outlook (into a dingy alley) - but they also block nearly all natural light and make the room feel a bit like a prison cell. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist told us the hotel was fully booked except for one other identical room - yet there was still plenty of availability showing online? When you add in the parking fee of $49 you could probably get better value for money elsewhere.
