Beautiful hotel

Quite hard to find from the street

Clean, convenient and lovely. Only issues were when checking in, later at night 9:00pm - 10:00 the fellow at the desk spoke very little English and tried unsuccessfully to explain bars and restaurants were closing by 10pm due to holiday? All staff were very professional and kind. Unrealistic expectations on our part that this caliber hotel would have bilingual staff able to make recommendations. The fellow on the desk the following night was much more fluent and explained very clearly.

Nothing just disappointed that our late arrival meant we had to buy snacks and beer at a convenience store for husbands birthday celebration.

Obviously a bit of a mix between business and tourist hotel. Very much run in the business tradition. That said as a tourist it was within walking distance of Central Station and access to the metro is available within the building. It's located a quieter part of the city (which for us was good) if you want nightlife and a good restaurant culture, you won't find it here. There is a pool, which has an 'odd' booking procedure but we gained access for a couple of nights and it helped take away some of the days weariness

Breakfast was expensive and boring. We had it on our first morning. After that first morning we went out and ate locally. Better for a lot less money

the hotel is gorgeous and very luxurious. the rooms were comfortable and the rain shower was just what we needed after a long day of travel. I’m general the staff was very helpful and friendly.

the only negative experience we had was at the restaurant. breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am. when we got to the restaurant at 9:30, the person who greeted us was frustrated that we were there so late made us fell rushed and uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night at the end of our trip and didn't use the facilities. We had a standard king which was a nice, modern and clean room with a city view. Kids had a twin suite which was lovely and had a washer dryer which was a bonus. There are lots of places to eat in the area and the station is very close by. We appreciated the noon check out.

We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the place. There is a sign but it's not very big and the actual reception is on the 22nd floor so it's not immediately obvious you are at a hotel.

We recently enjoyed a family vacation at this remarkable five-star hotel in Tokyo, and the experience was truly memorable. As a family of four, comfort and convenience are our top priorities and this hotel definitely met our expectations. The room we occupied on the 25th floor was impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a nice view of the cityscape. Service at this hotel is top-notch, with the staff showcasing exceptional professionalism and dedication to their work. We faced a couple of issues with our room during our stay, but the staff was prompt and highly efficient in their response. Not only did they resolve our concerns swiftly, they also offered us additional benefits as a gesture of goodwill. Their eagerness to ensure a seamless stay for us was sincerely appreciated. To top it all off, the breakfast spread every morning was delightful, adding to the perfect start of our day. A wide array of dishes were available that catered to our diverse palate, making every breakfast an exciting experience. All in all, this hotel checks all the boxes for an ideal family stay. The combination of excellent room conditions, a stunning view, superior customer service and delicious food has left a lasting impression. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo!

Everything was perfect, the size, location, the comfort and cleanliness of the room

I did mention a few times that the filter needs to be cleaned for the washing machine but it never got done. Didn't hamper the usage of the washing machine so it was fine. Another garbage can for food would have been good as well so it does not stink up the kitchen.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable.

There is no signage outside. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Only one person was available to check in guests. We had a long wait each time we stopped at the desk. Disappointing when considering how much we paid per night.

Everything was great. Rooms where nice and really big, clean, nice view, good breakfast, it's next to emperor, it has easy commute to many parts of Tokyo and you can even walk to the hotel right from the subway if the weather is not nice. It's located almost in the center, with several minutes walk to Emperor's Gardens and Palace, surrounded by modern skyscrapers. Skyscrapers is where you stay and what you see in the windows, so if the lights of the city in the night take your breath away - that's a good place to taste modern Tokyo. It isn't a tourist and/or shopping area though, so don't expect huge crowds in the nights and restaurants serving too late, but you are the crossroads between many great areas so it's good as a 'hub' location.

The first time we've used washing machine our laundry smelled a bit strange. As if machine wasn't used for quite a while or may be needed maintenance.

This is an upmarket hotel in an excellent position. We had fantastic views of Mount Fuji and used the kitchenette. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is easy access to the subway.

It is an expensive place and lacks a little charm. There could have been a few snacks or drinks provided.
