Room was clean, refurbished with three single beds I asked for. Vayne at Reception took care of my early check-in (though we only got the room after 3PM which was perfectly fine) and our 2PM late check out request. Super enjoyed the convenient location on top of Orchard Road. Easy access to public transport across the street at Delphi Orchard stop. Hoghly recommending this hotel.

We got a budget room on third floor. The noise and sounds from ANY event in the hotel can be heard inside our room. The walls and floor reverberate with the music. Good thing this is all over by 11PM but on a Sunday morning - the faith fellowship event can also be heard loud. So, expect this if you get the value for your money staying in Orchard Road.

almost nothing to complain about the hotel's service, just during my stay, there was an active construction site outside, so in the morning we could not sleep till noon. They started work I guess more less at 9 o'clock with noise from excavator and other machines. If you are sensitive with noise, be mindful to book at this time. I guess until next year!

Great location. Room was a decent size. Good facilities - gym, pool etc. Breakfast on the pricier side but food was good quality. Loved the omelette station

There were building works next door which were so loud from 7am to 8pm. Disappointed by the reaction of the hotel staff when we asked to be moved away from that side of the hotel. Just expected better service or at least an apology for the noise.

Booked 2 rooms and it came with a queen-size bed and a BUNK BED!! The kids loved it! The size of the room is HUGE especially for Singapore standards. We had a decent sitting area and a mini dining table which was great for us to hangout after a full day out. The kids truly enjoyed it.

The front door was a little difficult to open and close so maybe the hinges need a bit of work.

We recently stayed at the Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and had a wonderful experience as a family. The beds and pillows were absolutely superb, providing us with the utmost comfort. We all had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional quality of the bedding, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for us at 35 Singapore dollars per person.

The location is great easy to walk around Orchard and Scotts road. The hotel had everything you needed.

We had a set of stairs we had to walk up with heavy suitcases that wasn't ideal. When booking, ask for a room where you don't have to use the stairs.
