Room was clean, refurbished with three single beds I asked for. Vayne at Reception took care of my early check-in (though we only got the room after 3PM which was perfectly fine) and our 2PM late check out request. Super enjoyed the convenient location on top of Orchard Road. Easy access to public transport across the street at Delphi Orchard stop. Hoghly recommending this hotel.

We got a budget room on third floor. The noise and sounds from ANY event in the hotel can be heard inside our room. The walls and floor reverberate with the music. Good thing this is all over by 11PM but on a Sunday morning - the faith fellowship event can also be heard loud. So, expect this if you get the value for your money staying in Orchard Road.

We recently stayed at the Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and had a wonderful experience as a family. The beds and pillows were absolutely superb, providing us with the utmost comfort. We all had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional quality of the bedding, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast was a bit pricey for us at 35 Singapore dollars per person.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Club Room. Well worth the cost. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The Club Rooms come with a private balcony that overlooks a sea of lush greenery. This was a refreshing change from our usual concrete jungle views! The balcony provided a nice alcove to unwind at. Club guests also have exclusive access to the Club Lounge. Staff are really friendly! They will aim to serve you at their best. I especially want to commend Samy and Ash at the Club Lounge for their great and impeccable service. They were very professional, kind and friendly! All other staff in the hotel are like them - amazing service and friendliness. The reception staff are polite and helpful. Don't hesitate to approach any staff for help should you need it! They also provide power adaptors, which allowed us to charge our devices anywhere if required. The hotel is location is great and commuting is easy. The concierge was very helpful and professional. Overall an impressive, welcoming and very enjoyable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location for tourism, shopping, business and transport links/accessibility. Near to shops/ pharmacy/ personal care facilities/excellent Spa/cinema/bars & restaurants etc. Hotel was perfect size, all necessary amenities were provided, breakfast were excellent. Staff was outstanding- at Breakfast area especially. Reception was very accommodating and efficient. Very Clean and with good and refreshing ambience.

Bathroom could be larger😅 however easier to do is addition of an Asian bidet spray/ self washing commode seat and towel/clothes hanging hooks/rail.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel! The room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and perfect for three people — each of us had a big, comfy bed to ourselves, which was a real treat. The location couldn’t be better — just a short 5-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay near the heart of Singapore with comfort and convenience.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with access to the Club Lounge. The staff at the Club Lounge (Sammy, Dixon and Lynn) were absolutely fantastic and the experience was beyond my expectations. Definitively worth the extra investment. And the hotel is fantastically positioned to everything that is Orchard Road.

Absolutely nothing at all…the pool, gymnasium, the room, breakfast, location and ESPECIALLY the Club Lounge and its fantastic staff made the stay perfect.

There is a a construction site on 2 sides of the hotel, mentioned on their website, but not on booking It was very loud on the 1st day, after that I changed rooms to the 16th floor and was better, but you could still see it and hear it. The bathroom had a rust here and there and mold in the corners (no smell), but it cannot healthy.

Great location, within walking distance from shopping etc. Staff were polite and helpful. Cleaning and restaurant staff were lovely and friendly.

The little shop next to reception charged almost $30Sg for 1 litre uht milk and small icecream for my daughter and the laundry was quite expensive, paid $20 for one cycle washing and drying but I guess thats what happens in mkre espensive aide of town However, this hotel was more reasonably priced and in really good location 👌🏼

The location was excellent and right at the corner of the main road (Orchard Road). Our room was nice and quiet and hotel was always kept clean. Staff were friendly.

Our room did not have a nice view at all. I think the décor and curtains could do with an update. Also, I didn't really like the fact that the shower is in the bathtub. You have to be careful when you step out that you don't slip and hurt yourself. It also made the floor wet and slippery and bathmat would get wet.
