Superb everything! 100% loved this hotel. Will definitely come back every time I'm in Singapore. The pool was sensational and the room exquisite and super king bed so comfortable. Service 100% on point. Thank you Ps catch MRT TO ORCHAD STATION FROM THE AIRPORT AND 7 MIN WALK TO HOTEL.

We didn't stay long enough.

The hotel is amazing. It is modern, clean, has great facilities and the view of the pool from our balcony was superb! The bed was very large and super comfy. It is very close to all the shops on Orchard Rd so that was a bonus. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and especially Kiru. We also celebrated my daughters 30th at the restaurant Mosella and the food was delicious and service was great including the surprise cake. They even accommodated us with a later checkout as our flight home was in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Stunning hotel with great views and amazing rooms! The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was amazing and was in a great location just off orchard road. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you!

Everything, legit the best hotel i ve been to

The breakfast was incredible

We booked for 5 , in 2 room suite . There were only 3 beds , with no option for a rollerway we when arrived after a 15 hour flight . The staff were amazing though , and after realising we couldn’t fit they upgraded us to two bigger rooms . But it was a cause of panic and stress., the 2 bedrooms only fit 4 not 5 . You shouldn’t be able to book them for five and this was the premium option for our sized family on booking.com

Its location was perfect and close to the metro and major malls. The building itself was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was lovely and the rooms were clean and nice.

We were forced to book two rooms as we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We could have easily been accommodated into one room but were forced to book 2. One room had a strange smell which was addressed. The AC when switched to high was very noisy. The pillows could have been softer.

Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location, the architecture, the room, gym and breakfast are great. The pool area is very nice to lounge a bit, even though you can see that the decoration is more worn out due to the weather conditions (not uncommon in this region). In terms of restaurants and bar we were a bit underwhelmed by the pool bar but the bar at the lobby is really nice (be prepared for steep prices though).

If there is 1 thing we see as improvement, it is the hospitality upon arrival. The reception and concierge staff didn’t really give us a ‘welcome to your holiday feeling’ but treated us more like an administrative task in need of handling (and quick!). No welcome words, introduction, let alone HH a drink. They seemed to be quite stressed. When asking questions it was apparently also difficult to give a full answer and look away from their screen. Is it a drama? Not at all, but for a hotel of this class and price range they can do a bit better. To be fair: the bell boys were very friendly and helpful and on the 2nd day Sophia from the reception was wonderful. She really helped us, showed interest and gave soms tips which (almost) make us forget the arrival part :-)

if you are searching for relax, this hotel is for you. Kind, helpful staff, tasty breakfast, very nice staff during breakfast, encourraging to eat more:). A bit far from the main attractions, but Grab taxi and local buses work well.
