The hotel is amazing. It is modern, clean, has great facilities and the view of the pool from our balcony was superb! The bed was very large and super comfy. It is very close to all the shops on Orchard Rd so that was a bonus. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and especially Kiru. We also celebrated my daughters 30th at the restaurant Mosella and the food was delicious and service was great including the surprise cake. They even accommodated us with a later checkout as our flight home was in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location, the architecture, the room, gym and breakfast are great. The pool area is very nice to lounge a bit, even though you can see that the decoration is more worn out due to the weather conditions (not uncommon in this region). In terms of restaurants and bar we were a bit underwhelmed by the pool bar but the bar at the lobby is really nice (be prepared for steep prices though).

If there is 1 thing we see as improvement, it is the hospitality upon arrival. The reception and concierge staff didn’t really give us a ‘welcome to your holiday feeling’ but treated us more like an administrative task in need of handling (and quick!). No welcome words, introduction, let alone HH a drink. They seemed to be quite stressed. When asking questions it was apparently also difficult to give a full answer and look away from their screen. Is it a drama? Not at all, but for a hotel of this class and price range they can do a bit better. To be fair: the bell boys were very friendly and helpful and on the 2nd day Sophia from the reception was wonderful. She really helped us, showed interest and gave soms tips which (almost) make us forget the arrival part :-)

Wonderful architecture and fabulous gardens in the sky

We had a deluxe room (which was small!) but there was nowhere to unpack!!! Fixtures and fittings were top class , but you have to live out of your suitcase. And if there are 2 then the suitcases need to take turns. Hotel needs a major rethink on this

Design, location, room, soap and shampoo

It took long time for someone to pick up phone. Few times no answer. It took long time to deliver request. No place for business meetings.

I have heard bout this hotel for some time and gotten the chance to stay here for a girls trip with my mother and mother in law. The location was great since it's easy to walk onto the main road of orchard to see the Christmas lights. The room itself is maximised despite the smaller space, plenty of charging outlets everywhere and next to the bed, love the water dispenser in the room so it's easy to refill water bottles etc and the soap selection. A very comfortable stay and the breakfast selection is also not bad, lots a variety too.

Need to improve on the check in and check out experience. It seemed like the staff was all over the place and you wouldn't know who is available to attend to you. I had my passport passed around from one staff to another, like one staff was initially attending towards me and then it was another lady. Felt a little lost and perhaps a proper system should be put in place.

It was amazing for our honeymoon Let me subscribe about this hotel with 3 things. 1. Kindness : Every services like check in, food, laundry etc every services are remarkable and wonderful 2. Clean & comfort : I dont worry about cleaness but little worry about plants with bugs but that thing is not my concerned. And the room was too comfortable to took a rest for our honeymoon schedule 3. Food & consideration :The reason I want to tell about this hotel is food Service worker only concerned for customer and they listen attentively to customer what they want what they need. Incredible facilities

Not so much a didn't like...but more of a suggestion In other hotels of a similar price and rating you receive some complimentary items from the mini bar. I am not suggesting alcohol however some soft drinks and some basic snacks would be a nice touch especially for the price paid.

I was really looking forward to this stay based on the details of the property and facilities…..it was so so good. In person you not only have the facilities and amenities; You get the warm friendly, helpful welcome from all the staff. The incredible atmosphere of the architecture and location. The rooms are beautiful, fresh, clean, stylish and comfortable. Gosh, I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. We ate at two of the restaurants and both were really good. Service, again, was so great. Above and beyond every time, with a smile.

Nothing. I would have liked to stay longer, at a cooler time of the year. The hotel couldn’t have done better.

it's a leisure hotel, with excellent facilities

Rooms are small and cramped, no space for extra bed. My husband and I needed extra beds for our two caregivers.
