The room was spacious and had everything you need. Fantastic view and lovely to have a window that actually opened. It was clean, and cleaned daily. For us, a great location as it's near family. We didn't really use the facilities other than the room. All staff were very friendly. No problems.

I would have loved some milk to go with my tea rather than coffee creamer, but that's more of a me problem. Better pillows would have been good too. They lacked substance so weren't supportive.

The location was good as the hotel is providing free public transportation tickets during your stay. You can also use sauna and pool included in the price. We had a wonderful view to the parliament.

The sauna allows nudity. The staff was friendly, but if you buy a breakfast from the reception, take a receipt. Because when you leave the hotel, the payment is not registered in their system, the staff in the breakfast room is charging you additional breakfast fee and there is a problem for you possibly paying a double fee. I do not know this issue is not handled as there are some old comments in this regard from other guests.

We were upgraded for free by Marco and got a room at the top floor with fantastic view over the whole town. There was also a free parking with a charger for EV, which was great.

We purchased two breakfasts for 17.- chf and before paying we asked whether it was only cold breakfast or it had continental hot options (eggs, sausage, etc.). We were assured that breakfast includes hot dishes. However, when we came down at 7:30 for breakfast, there was a large group of tourists and all dishes for hot meals (eggs, sausage, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms) were empty. When we asked the staff to bring out some more, the young lady appeared stressed and unhappy (not apologetic at all) saying that it will take time. It was rather unfortunate… we couldn’t wait due to the appointment we had, so we had to leave… it would’ve been nice of the restaurant was ready to serve for the number of guests staying at the hotel.

The view was obscured by automated blinds that could not be operated from the room. The ramp of the access to the lower floor in the garage is very tight. We asked for a 2 pm check-out holding a genius level 3 status, but as this carried a surcharge of 2xCHF 25, we declined. The confirmation stated bathrobes and slippers, but these items we never found.

The staff were extremely accommodating and kind. We decided to visit Switzerland on a whim as we were traveling from Paris to Rome to visit some filming locations for the KDrama 'Crash Landing on You' and the concierge at the hotel helped us tremendously in figuring out how to get around the Country last minute.

The spa/pool/fitness room is tucked away on a small floor and is a bit of a hassle to find/get to. Also, don't be too surprised at how expensive everything is inside the country. Lastly, the on-boarding/set-up in order to get the complimentary tram pass for Bern was not clearly stated and we needed to ask about it via phone.

The hotel is in a comfortable location, close to the city centre. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel with trams running every 5-10 minutes. Hotel staff offer to download Bern travel app, that covers the cost of travel in Bern for two days. Amazing and very helpful! A family room that we stayed in had two separate rooms and two bathrooms, beds were comfy, rooms had air conditioning. We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and lounging in the spa area of the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, with a smile on their face.

Very friendly staff. Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

The bathroom is a bit strange, as the wall is made out of plastic molding, so people in the room can see silhouette of your body as you are taking a shower. Not turning the bathroom light on helped to resolve this issue.

Everything was excellent in this hotel. But the main positive was the STAFF STAFF STAFF STAFF. All the staff help us, and they were very friendly. If you ask for anything, the answer is ok and one of the reception staff will bring your request to your room in few seconds. The hotel is very clean and in excellent location.

Nothing. If I would mention something for improvement, then it will be the pillow. It was very soft, and I think it would be better if changed with little harder one.

Great location, free parking, tram stop just nearby, clean and comfortable rooms, great spa with a pool.

Water power was very bad in our bath, was hard to have a warm shower, water pressure was not enough powerful to keep the water running. Stayed on a second floor just above a restaurant pipes and turbines, what created bad view, loud noise and smelly air.

Excellent location just outside the city center of Bern easily accessible by tram. Nice view on Gurten mountain and very clean room full of toiletries and a mini bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide us with maps and free tickets for the city center. They also helped in giving us a phone charger that we forgot. It's worth mentioning that there's a parking space available for the guests free of charge.

There was a bit of smell of smoke in the room, maybe left from previous guests.
