Great flexibility by the staff for an early check in and late check out. Much appreciated. Beds and pillows were super comfy. High floor with good view. Pool staff were friendly and water and fruit cup was provided, nice touch.

Slightly far in from Ploenchit BTS. With 4 lifts, you would think it could be faster. Buffet breakfast should be a less expensive price.

Location was Great and so do Room . It definitely needs renovation. Band at the Bar is just fantastic and so do the servers , they are very friendly .

Chk in was very Poor , Inspite of 3pm chk in time , upon arrival at 3.45pm , our Room was not ready and that too of suite catagory .. This is not accepted in any way as they do charge us for early chk in . Hence, I would expect half day charge refunded to us . Very Disappointed with Breakfast as there is Hardly any choice for Vegetarian and Hotel hasn't looked into such requests . The chef at Lounge doesn't know how to make Egg Omlette .. Inspite of repeated requests , he use to serve absolutely different . They have kept same spoon for non veg and veg items like hash brown .. either they should keep this item away from other non veg or have separate spoon .

Absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad Bangkok! The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The pool and gym were excellent, and we even played pickleball with a great instructor. We joined a fun cocktail-making class with Nikki and Tukky, and the Gua Sha lesson with Kan, One, and Wariss was really informative. Staff were friendly and everything was top quality – would definitely stay again!

Loved everything, the only issue with this hotel is that it is beside a busy road, so there can be traffic when heading out.

Overall, everything was perfect. The team members were very nice and flexible, ready to help. The breakfast is very nice, and there is a big food choice. The staff is professional and attentive. They could remember what I had for a drink on the second day—the omelette's corner (all delicious and healthy cooked). The lady in charge, dressed in a dark suit, was very friendly and professional. The gym is amazing, the pool area great and big enough for everyone with a lot of palms and plants the HK team is amazing, they really are going an incredible job. The room attendant was very good trained and the room was perfect every day.. The FO team are doing a good also. Congratulations to the whole team! Keep doing the great job.

The pool (bar) service was very slow on the first day, but the staff apologised for the long wait. I appreciate this gesture. They were all very kind, specially the one who provides the towels.

This property was stunning and the staff made us feel so comfortable! The location was great- in the nicer part of Bangkok and on the same strip as some incredible shops and restaurants. The bed was heaven! So comfortable, the sleep ins were next level. The bathrooms were a little slice of luxury (great make up mirror and Mohave Ghost everything)- LOVE. The room was signature Hilton style (maybe a little more spacious). Will be back for the next visit to Bangkok

The room smelt damp/ mouldy - a lot of hotels do in Thailand but didn’t expect it here. Also if you are planning on laying by the pool, go early as the sun disappears behind the building come 1pm. Breakfast looked amazing but lacked a little in western options

Location, gym and facilities are great. Breakfast buffet is the best in town I guess

The room needs maintenance works. The shower cabinet door doesn’t close properly and the water spread out, the night light doesn’t work same as a plug

Excellent facilities and the room was very comfortable (they provided a pillow menu!). We appreciated the fitness center and joined the free core/abs workout class. When we took a taxi back to the airport, the hotel helped load our luggage into the taxi, and there was not much traffic to get from the hotel to the highway. Also while the breakfast was a bit expensive, it was extravagant and worth it.

The shower didn't get quite as hot as we would have liked, but the hotel was responsive when we asked them to look into it.

I loved the spacious room and the terrace. The complimentary sweets and the executive lounge access All the bathroom supplies were from Byredo which is a plus . The night view of Bangkok from the terrace was breathtaking

This hotel is AMAZING! Everything from the moment you check in is flawless. The staff are polite and beyond helpful, the facilities are incredible and the food is delicious. It is great value for money and you can get a lot out of your stay. We stayed for 3 nights and left feeling totally refreshed! We had breakfast each morning, days by the pool with flowing drinks and snacks, spa trips, and room service and all was impeccable. Overall we were blown away with the whole experience. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you Conrad Bangkok!! :)

- Very professional staff: Great Welcome, Help with Everything, Very open (giving recommendation to eat outside with family etc.) - Very good beds, enough space - Great Breakfast - Quite big pool (but we were spoiled before by Anantara Riverside, so NOT comparable - Anantara rules out Conrad) - All in all a very good hotel BUT...

... more for business trips than for a stay with a family. The hotel vibe is very business/non-casual, beginning in the lobby going all over the (big but cold!) pool, etc. This is not a really criticism, because we just stayed to two resort-like 5*-hotels the holiday before and then came to Conrad which just does not feel like holiday. Just made the wrong choice for our occasion. But can be a good choice for a business trip.
