The staffs were very welcoming and efficient. There were activities daily, the instructors at the flow rider were awesome.

Was initially given a corner room, it was quite dirty and loud from the a/c compressors. However, the staffs did were very understanding and accommodating to move to a better room.

Excellent buffet breakfast, plenty of Asian & Western choices, egg station, cereals & fruit, something for everyone.

The Muay Thai Beginners class with teachers Rofen, Aoon, and Ju was excellent! It was a small class with just three attendees, right before the high season in Thailand. I attended with my mum. The teachers were very patient and helpful, focusing on the fundamentals and techniques since we had never tried Muay Thai before. They were able to cater to different fitness levels. In addition to the physical aspects, they also spoke about the meaning and history of Muay Thai, providing a brief introduction to Muay Boran. I highly recommend this class for any age group. The coaches were experienced, adept at teaching, and made the first-time experience very enjoyable. I would love to visit again! :)

awesome selection of pools! Great access to the beach. Clean quiet beach. Great small town field with awesome choices of restaurants within walking distance. Very good value for money.

The staff really need to improve their English. They did not understand the most basic questions. It took me three tries to order a pillow and bed sheet to the room. And they still got it wrong by bringing a pillow and a blanket. Garbage could be picked up every day. The same garbage was around the children’s pool for two full days.

The breakfast: international buffet with pancakes, pastries, noddles, eggs, cereals ! The pool (3 in Total !) The staff was very friendly Was there for songkran, had a fire show on the hotel beach Rooms are big, but a little bit old, it would be nice to have so renovations ! But otherwise, very nice place Perfect stay for family and couple

our two room have direct access to the pool, there are surfing activity that you can try and the staff was very helpful to give us some information and tips on how to surf board, even for first timer can try and recommended.

we booked 2 rooms as a family but one room the bed frame is just a flat wood with no designs and the bathroom/toilet door woods that are old that needs to replace due to termite.

The check in was good, the room we had was excellent, and the bathroom both big rooms and really good quality fittings, we had a large bed which was comfortable ,one disappointment see below. The breakfast was very good but coffee machine kept running out of coffee or milk.Not many spoke English,but phones help to translate and it was no problem. Surrounding the hotel was good eating places ( very reasonable priced )and couple of shops Overall we had a reasonable holiday

Where every you walk there are Steps ,to get to reception steps, the get to restaurant steps, to get to your apartments, steps no lift , at night the grounds of the hotel, are very badly lit you can’t see were you are , also steps in places badly lit. In the rooms the big problem was there was no comfortable seats to relax in, we had to sit on put me up sofa bed which was not comfortable. Round the swimming pool the sun beds were taken before 8.00 am very day. The beach was ok ,but when going in to the sea your feet sink into the sand.

The pirate ship was a huge win for our kids - they spent hours on it. The location of the hotel was great, right on the beautiful beach and in a small but lively neighbourhood. Our room was spacious. The breakfasts were great and lots of choice. The staff were excellent!

The fact that this hotel had no elevators and they first tried to put us on the fourth floor (we have a toddler and a buggy) made no sense. They then changed us to a ground floor which was great but it meant we were in a high traffic area, with lots of people walking past our door to the beach and hence it was quite noisy. The fact that there were stairs everywhere, to the breakfast area, to the lobby, made moving around not that easy with young children. My parents were also with us and in their late 70s (they were put on a top floor). So if you're wanting an accessible hotel, maybe this isn't for you. None of this was made clear on booking prior to our stay.

Everything was very good, the hotel was huge, many pools, restaurants, good entertainment and a great private beach. The room was very good, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location was superb.

There are many activities but you HAVE to book a day before, otherwise they won't let you or your child in even if there is free space. This is very strange, annoying and inconvenient. Food prices in the restaurants are a bit overpriced, but we found many good places on the street next to the hotel with food half priced.

Breakfast very disorganised, food not replaced and tables not cleared quickly. Had better food at lower quality hotels.
