Great hotel in Patong beach party area, but up the hill away from the main craziness which was perfect for our NYE trip. Great location if you easily want stuff to do, but need a little bit of space and calm. Lots of families, large breakfast spread, decent food and drinks, great pools, beach is a bit rocky. The property is so large you have to call a golf cart to move you around the property when you want to leave your room, but they come very quickly. Overall a great stay!

Located at top of a hill so requires a taxi to get down to the city if you don't want to hike. Also needing to call a golf cart to get out of your room.

While it’s a beach resort, and it’s dicrectly on the beach, the hotel itself doesn’t have a beach to chill on.. you have to go outside the resort if you want to enjoy a beach.. hotel beach had big rocks infront of it that you can’t just sit there Also since our rooms where far from the lobby, we had to call the mini buses to pick us up which was most of the time easy but if u want to leave you room at rush hours then u might have to wait for 20 or 30min But the staff are super nice that you can’t get angry at them for that

Wonderful resort that is great value for money. Beautiful location with stunning views and nice facilities. Staff are very friendly and service overall is good. Breeze spa is fantastic, one of the better spa experiences I ever had and also recommend booking the pods for a breakfast and bubbles.

Not really an issue but something to be aware of as a traveller - the hotel is located on the hillside, so depending on which block you stay in there could be quite a few stairs you need to walk to get to your room. There is a buggy though to take you if you don’t mind to wait a few minutes for that service. I also recommend booking a Grab Taxi (the local Uber) or a TukTuk to get to and from town.

The hotel is clean, had beautiful views and is located in a very good spot, good distance from noisy streets but at the same time walking distance from Patong area. The breakfast is amazing, staff are good and helpful.

The property is located at very nice location by the sea, the view is amazing, however, it is not possible to swim at the hotel beach because there are big stones. I also got food poisoned at the hotel restaurant and also my colleague had stomach issues after the restaurants food. When I asked for the manager I was told that manager is not available and only the restaurant’s chef spoke to me saying there is no guarantee I got food poisoned at his restaurant and there is nothing he could do!

Location is secluded away from the crowds. Has a small private beach and one can swim in the sea. But it is not exciting since it is a very small strip of the sea, almost no sand. Feels relaxing and personalized.

My room was a bit small with a small bathroom and shower. For a 5 star hotel I was expecting a more spacious and luxurious bathroom. Too many stairs to go up and down from the reception to the restaurants and to the room.

The views from the studio rooms further up the hills were amazing. Breakfast was superb, so much choice. Check in was relatively quick. Offered a shuttle bus service 3 times a day to Patong, which was great.

We initially booked a partial sea room for 3 adults, however once seeing the room, we decided to request a room change. The partial sea room, had a view of the roof from the rooms infront and then the sea behind. The room itself, was small, dark and dingy, plus the idea of using the bathroom when others could see you, didn’t appeal to us. Reception were great and happily moved us to a studio on the hill, which was lovely. However even in the studio, the wardrobe mirrors were filthy - looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. A small issue, but when you’re paying extra for their ‘premium’ rooms, you’d expect general cleanliness. Our safe was also broken but they quickly fixed it as was our AC for 2 days but again fixed it as soon as they could.

The place was piece of art. The pictures doesn’t do justice to show how fantastic was the reception area by itself let alone the other areas. We arrived earlier than our check in time and there was no issues to let us in. The process was swift and we are in our selected room. The location is good but it was up in the hill, so walking to the hotel might be a bit challenging. Nonetheless, the place is close enough to patong beach attractions and far enough from the noise. The staff was amazing and helpful, massaging services was good as well.

The pool is fair and the breakfast area and selections could be better. The restaurant was a bit hot.

The furniture is consumed. The room is not spacious, they can use the space in a better way. And lastly and sadly, there is no shuttle service that take you from the resort to outside, so every time you want to go to the middle of patong you have to pay 200 thb

View was extremely gud...gud breakfast buffet....had a delicious sea food spread too....

Had a bad experience with the travel desk set up in the premises for various tour ...company name Andaman leisure....they r highly unprofessional and a rude attitude towards the tourist ...our friend almost drowned in the sea but no help came from the tour operator our kids only help save her.....
