I had a very good stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was really good with different varieties and also very fresh. It was very good experience for us.

The only small issue was with the bathroom — the water temperature in the shower would suddenly turn very cold and then get very hot again when adjusted. It was a bit inconvenient, but everything else made up for it. I would still recommend this hotel and hope this can be improved in the future!

Room was complimentary upgraded, staff was very friendly, location is very close to almost every spot you need in Istanbul. Room condition, cleanliness and quality of room equipment was high. Left content overall except my experience with gym facility - which was a big disappointment.

The biggest drawback - which led me to give 9 stars not 10 - was working hours of gym. Basically I travelled istanbul for a short layover where I had around 13-14 hours in city (I arrived at 21:00 - left at 9:00 AM), I wanted to have a gym session - however gym only is open between 10:00 AM - to 18:00 local time. Was better to communicate this info beforehand. I believe booking also has to follow up such guidelines in order to prevent incorrect information between hotels and guests.

The hotel was great, the staff provided a great service especially Elayda, Denise and Meryim were very friendly, accommodating and the reason why we'll be back. We received a free room upgrade, the room was extremely spacious and clean, the cleaning lady was soo friendly. We received a free late room check out. The staff and the manager made the stay especially pleasant. The location of the hotel is central, there are so many things to do. In the hotel we received exceptional spa service and swimming pool was great, our son enjoyed it. All great!!

Every day, I was delighted to find fresh fruit in my room, along with a generous supply of tea and coffee, which added a lovely touch to my stay. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the quality of the bathroom supplies was impressive, contributing to a very comfortable and restful experience. The highlight of my stay, however, was the staff. They were attentive and genuinely committed to providing top-notch service. I must give special mention to the manager, Eyup, who truly stood out as an outstanding individual. His warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making my experience even more memorable.
