Friendly and helpful staff. Great food from restaurant. Good to have a bar with restaurant and seating area. Outside space too when it was good weather. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Drinking water and glasses freely available at main reception. Great location for our visit and near to many local places of attraction by car. As it's on a service station area there were nearby shops and alternatice dining options too.

Could have been a glass or plastic cup in room to use for drinkning water. However used one from main bar area where there was drinking water.

Very comfortable room at an attractive price. The in-house restaurant was great as we didn't have to wander round to the Service Station outlets which was an added bonus. Most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Location for us was excellent being 2 minutes from the M5 or 15/20 minutes into Bristol city centre.

One member of staff on our first night was not so good - took our supper order but never passed it on to the chef so we waited for almost an hour. We thought they were busy, but not that busy! He was also clueless about both ordering our food and then explaining what wine they could offer - it's not exactly the Ritz's wine cellar.!

The staff were smiley, polite and very accommodating. Allowed me to place ice packs in their freezer, provided us with extra tea bags and sugars for the room. Rooms were equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was lovely, good selection

Only bad point was the alternative switches for the bedside lamps, not easily accessible and was not able to locate them without help from staff. Noisy doors which was upsetting the dog but not the hotels fault. Parking is limited and tight spaces.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Bristol West and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The portion was generous, and the service in the dining area was excellent, making for a pleasant meal. Overall, the service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff was attentive and eager to assist, and the check-out process was just as efficient as check-in. Good size room for a family, all necessary facilities in the room. Basic breakfast but you have all you need to start the day. Welcoming and friendly reception staff.

parking space - we checked in at around 7pm and went for a local trip and came back around 10pm - there was no place to park even though we paid for parking. Eventually an employee of a service stop moved his car and let us park as he saw we were looking for space - not sure what we would do if he didn't?!

Staff were helpful. I've eaten in a few places but the food here was excellent and extremely good value for money. I was fearful it was going to be one of those reheated frozen ready made meals but it was excellent. I plumbed for fish and chips on the Friday and it was fresh and tasty.

Can do with a little updating but it's hard to fault given how reasonably priced it was. Also, if coming by bus it's a bit awkward to walk by given it's close proximity to the ring road.

Room and beds are very comfortable and clean. TV worked and shower was super. I guess it’s handy if you’re looking for somewhere off the motorway but if you’re wanting to be close to Bristol it’s quite far out of town (20 mins drive but this is with no traffic) Reception who checked me in was lovely, issue with the room (someone was already in there) but she made this right and issued a comp breakfast which was v appreciated. Breakfast good if you’re an omni but if you’re vegan there isn’t much. Oat milk for cereal & coffee and beans & toast. We asked if possible for hash browns to be made for us which chef kindly accommodated. Nice little hotel and handy for a stop off.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast in the mornings, I put a request to be at the end of a corridor as we have a dog that likes to bark at any noise and they did put us at the end which we were grateful for and I'm sure other guests staying would have been!

There were a few hairs found in the toilet and around the sink area when we arrived that's why we haven't given 5 out of 5 clean. We came with my sister and her family who were in another room which had air con. There wasn't any in ours but air con isn't listed so we weren't expecting it but the room was warm through the night.

I thought I'd booked a double and single bed so it was a pleasant surprise for my children that there was a trundle bed so they could have a bed each and so could I. Breakfast was nice - buffet with plenty of options. Excellent location and on-site restaurant if you didn't want to make the short walk around to the services for a meal there. The hotel was quiet in that there wasn't road noise etc. Clean and modern looking. My kids rated it 4/5.

The walls were a bit thin so I could hear a man on the toilet in the room next door and my eldest said he could hear someone snoring during the night.
