The location is in a nice, quiet area, and I believe the most convenient way to travel and explore was by car (though shuttle bus is also available). Parking is free and there were plenty of lots available. However, drivers will need to be careful as the road(s) leading to the accommodation is narrow (single lane). The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived, and greeted us even as we alighted the car. The check-in process was fast, and there was also a nice welcome gift for each travelling person. We were lucky to be assigned the unit nearest to the entrance and parking area, which had a clear unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji and the Fuji-Q Highland Roller Coaster. The accommodation was also clean and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The only regret is not being able to stay longer to really enjoy all the facilities! If I had to share a minor challenge here is that we were unsure of how to use the hot tub as there were no clear instructions. The place may also be unsuitable for families with elderly or those with a lack of mobility as there would be steep stairs leading up to the unit itself (not sure if this is the case for all units). In the unit itself, the bedrooms and toilet are located on the first floor, which is great.

Good size, two stories house with roof top. G/F has two single beds, dining room w/ TV, kitchen, bathroom, toilet. 1/F has one Queen bed, a over-sized living room with a very big screen projector TV, bathroom and toilet. Bathtubs in both bathrooms with a high tech control board. At the reception house, there are different kinds of bath salt and essential oils free for guest to make your own favor. We bought our own and tried theirs. Free hot drinks offered in the reception house under the cold winter. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. There were all kinds of kitchenware and utensils you would need in the kitchen. A big fridge, coffee bean machine etc. The window view of both stories were very nice, facing the beautiful Fuji Mountain and the theme park, as well as from the roof-top. The lady delivered delicious breakfast to our house every morning promptly with good manner. In a very warm sunny morning, we moved to the roof-top to enjoy the nice breakfast, looking at the beautiful Fuji Mountain. We liked to watch stars and the night view of the Fuji Mountain every night in our stays. We have a very nice and comfort stay in this hotel, sweet memory.
No washing machine and dryer in the house. It is inconvenient for guests stay more than one night. We drove out to look for coined laundry shops and luckily there have a few nearby. The wifi-connection of the TV projector to the local TV channels was not stable.

The balcony with a view of Mt. Fuji was used a lot. The building was spacious and nicely apportioned kitchen etc... There was construction of a new building going on when we arrived that they apologized for. But the little bit of noise was not obtrusive at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great since the location is a bit away from everything.
We had cleaning done one if the 4 days. A garbage bag was either tipped or broken open outside the door. There were coffee grounds and filters on the walkway and some trash laying in the yard, which I picked up. That same day, we had ants in the entryway we sprayed with the provided alcohol hand cleaner-they never came back. One bump in a wonderful stay.

I came to Fuji Gran Villa Toki 1 year ago in April 2024. I was so happy with this place I took my children back this time. The service is nice, the reception has complimentary bath salts we can make on days we want a bath soak, the optional breakfast is a must to order as it is delicious. What impressed me most was the bathroom design. Drainage is excellent and the screen is water tight to prevent getting the outside wash basin area wet. The bathtub function is amazing and the toilet ventilation is top notched. The kitchenette is so well stocked for guests wanting to prepare their meals, it makes it a home away from home. The cleaning services of the villa is also five star quality. The view of Mt Fuji is great (when it is visible). It is so amazing. I believe I will be loyal to the Toki brand and this is my choiced accommodation whenever I visit the region.
I wish they kept a record of past customers to level up to world class hospitality. This means welcoming return guests warmly by their name, and asking if they would like the same villa they had previously (subject to availability). I really wanted the exact villa I have in April 2024 but it wasn’t retrievable which one I stayed in. This last comment is nitpicking (if I really have to give one item I did not like): providing disposable shower caps, body lotion and q-tips and facial cotton pads would be nice.

This way by far the highlight of our trip to Japan. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The villa was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle bus service was very handy getting to the station and Fuji Q Highland, especially with luggage.
Having to leave - honestly it was perfect. I couldn't fault anything.

Beautiful accommodation with plenty of space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop entertaining area was great with views of Mt Fuji and the nearby theme park. There’s also a BBQ available for guests to use, along with a well-equipped kitchen that has all the utensils you might need. The staff were really lovely and helpful. While some reviews mentioned that you need a car for this location, we found that wasn’t the case. We didn’t have a car and still thought the location was great. It’s about a 10-minute walk to a large supermarket, Fuji-Q Highland, 7-Eleven, and the bus terminal. The accommodation offers a free shuttle service to and from various local stations, which was convenient!

We absolutely loved this hotel and has been by far the nicest stay in both our trips to Japan. The villa was spacious, immaculate and so beautiful. The views from the terrace were incredible and with such a breathtaking view of Mt Fuji that we literally didn't need to leave our room to go and see it. We cant wait to come back and stay here again!
The only thing we didn't like was the distance from the bus station. It snowed the night before we arrived so the roads were covered in snow and made it really hard to wheel our suitcases for the 20 minute walk to our hotel. We didn't realise but the accomodation offered a free shuttle bus pick up that we should have booked and organised before we arrived in Fuji.

The villa itself was great. Lots of room, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, and good views of Mt. Fuji. Easy access to the bus station, Fuji-Q Highland, and restaurants. The check in rules are a bit of a pain, having to be there by 8 or having to pay by the hour for late check in is fairly ridiculous for the price you pay to stay here. If your flight is delayed or you miss your train and you can’t get there before 10 then you’re basically screwed as they say that you can’t check in after that. The whole feel of check in and check out was more like a factory than a nice villa experience. They also make sure you are very aware (multiple times) that you will be charged by the hour for late checkout if you’re not out by 10am. Overall the villa itself was great and we would’ve enjoyed staying longer, if the check in process was improved it would easily be a 10/10.

The space in the dorm was amazing, two floors with twin bed in the first floor and a full size bed in the second floor, two kitchens for a huge family and a good cleanness of the dorm was something to be noticed.
The view could be a little bit better as in our rooftop we had a post in front of Mt. Fuji that didn't help to take good pictures of it. In the first day they probable forgot about our breakfast and I needed to went to reception to ask for it and the location is a little bit far from the stations and it's a little bit hard to walk to it.

This accommodation was amazing. The entire 3 story villa to ourselves, massive private balcony with a phenomenal view of Mount Fuji and Fuji q theme park. There were two different living areas each with a bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom. The rooftop balcony also had a bbq and other facilities. Could not recommend this place enough!! Plus the staff were so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Especially the staff member Toku, he was lovely.
Everything was perfect. We only stayed one night. We wish we stayed longer. We will stay longer next time we come!
