room had a ambientation in a traditional japanese style, with tatami, beds on the ground and small chairs. the gorgeous view to mount fuji was stuning! dinner and breakfast was very diverse with multiple choices for oriental and occidental meals. the onsen on site was an excellent touch and we enjoyed too much of it. we also had a shuttle to the train station for free.

I personally loved the Japanese style rooms, however one member of our party found it quite uncomfortable, and the opportunity to wear a yukata throughout the hotel was lovely. They also have a small selection of amenities just in front of the lifts where it's a help-yourself style set of drawers (this is where you find the yukata). The food served for breakfast was fantastic! We actually went up for a second helping. The location is lovely with a view of Mt fuji just behind the building so if you're lucky enough to get a room on that side you'll be in for a treat. It's only a 15min walk to the bus station (the hotel has a shuttle till 10am for guests or they can hold your luggage till 3pm) and a 20min walk to Lake Kawaguchiko however for views of Mt Fuji from the lake you have to walk to the North side which can add on another 15/20mins. The on-site onsen was lovely with men-only and women-only baths, I only managed to go once but it was very relaxing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in.

The bathroom was a little bit small and there was a lack of some amenities (shower cap, cotton pads, nail file, etc) which were neither in the bathroom or in the communal drawers by the lifts. As great as the location is, be aware that restaurants in this area either close early (7pm) or are fully booked. We had to have 7/11 sandwiches the first night then a very late lunch the next, both of these options were very tasty however if you want dinner out book ahead.

The property lives up to what it endorses, it has a great view of Mt. Fuji. The location is a bit hard to go to, but their shuttle services were great to utilise. They had a public onsen, which was very relaxing.

We added dinner on to our stay, it wasn’t the best. There were limited options and seemed very Chinese. It would be good to endorse that the dinner is a Chinese cuisine. But given there were limited dinner options around the area, that was the last option we had.

Choose the room facing mt Fuji. Rooms size was relatively good for my family of 3. My daughter and I enjoyed the onsen facility. As shops near the resort closed quite early , there’s only Lawsons and 7-11 nearby. It really helps that the resort has buffet for dinner and breakfast. Food was decent too.

Wished the onsen could operate till later in the morning as we went in the morning after breakfast but closed at 9am.

I got a room with window looking out to Mt Fuji. Woke up to incredible nice view of the majestic mountain from our futon. Dining hall have full length glass panels and we dined with Mt Fuji as backdrop. Breakfast and dinner buffets have good spread of Chinese / western / japanese dishes and drinks as well. Hotel provided complementary shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station at 30mins intervals, public onsen was clean and spacious, etc.

Check-in strictly at 3pm though the hotel provided luggage storage service.

Fuji View, polite English speaking staff, cleanliness, public bath, nice breakfast buffet, nice Japanese restaurant in front of the hotel, near supermarkets, spacious car park n clean towels.

Mattress on the floor was too thin so back pain after several nights. Security guards were unapproachable so felt strange since front desk staffs were polite. Fuji View room was closed to the train tracks so very noisy between 5am+ until 12am so wasn’t able to sleep long hours 😱

Really enjoy, staffs are nice and helpful, also the place are clean and tidy. Hot spring and foods are good . Recommended to stay

The hotel has free shuttle bus facility to fetch us to hotel and after check out. Contact the hotel upon arrival and wait at bus stop #10 (on the right side of the Station). The hotel room come with onsen for hotel residents (indoor and outdoor). We had buffet dinner at the hotel, there is variety of food and tasty. The room has beautiful Mt Fuji View.

Location of the hotel is slightly far from Kawaguchiko town. There is nothing on the way to the city center and not convenient to walk from hotel to town.

Very clean. Offered a great breakfast. We did really appreciate the shuttle bus service. Enough room to have multiple suitcases open at a time and walk around comfortably.

We wish we were informed of the hotels shuttle bus service upon booking so we could have been picked up from the station upon arrival, it was a far walk with suitcases in the cold at night. The pillows could have been more comfy.

Very clean place (feels like they just renovated or they maintain it really well). Onsen was very nice and comfortable. Generally the place is better than what it is on the photos.

Around 1km from the station - but rather direct way to walk there. Alternatively, they have a shuttle bus service
