The staff was very helpful and met all expectation that come with the Hilton brand. The room was spacious with a very comfortable large bed and large comfortable bathroom with a full bathtub. The view was pretty amazing through the floor to ceiling window overlooking the river. The main purpose for the choice of this hotel was that we were going to a concert at the adjacent K-Arena so this hotel was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet had a very wide variety of food which should meet anyone's cravings. We were also able to leave our luggage after checking out for a few hours while we did some last minute shopping before leaving which made our lives a lot easier.

The luggage scale they have for guests is a large spring scale which was very surprising to see and not very comfortable to take up to my room.

Our first stay at Hilton, out of many visits to Yokohama, fell onto New Year's night. We were lucky enough not only to make the last-minute change to the room (double/king bed instead of twin) but also get an upgrade to the upper floor, which both my wife and our little one liked a lot. There were no available seats at the restaurants in-house or nearby, which was more than expected given the last day of the year, so we opted for the in-room dining, and it was totally worth it. The personnel was kind and caring, from the reception to the room service, kudos to the entire team. Last but not least, fireworks were short but beautiful - our upper floor came in super on time!

The hotel was very near Minatomirai and in close proximity to Shin-Takayama station. It is a very clean and bright hotel with very nice hotel staff. We were upgraded to a corner room with a stunning view of the beautiful waterway. It was our first view of just how beautiful Yokohama is. Our room was very spacious with room for multiple suitcases. The bathroom was also spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable giving me my first good night sleep in a while.

I went there for the Ado concert and loved how close and easily accessible the concert hall was from the Hilton. Next the rooms was great and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll likely stay here again next time I come to Yokohama. Lastly, Yokohama is a great ward and area to be in. it's a little far from Tokyo but if you're are down to stay in Yokohama then you'll have a blast.

The room was a little expensive for the lack of pool and other accommodations.

If you are planning for special occasion like 1st anniversary with your GF, this place would be perfect. If you are also planning for attending some event in K arena, it would be the best place so far.

If you do not know nothing what is going on in K arena the time when you visit here, you would feel a bit awkward and feel so crowded around. If you do not like stubborn situation around, I would recommend book at weekdays. There will be various kinds of events going on during weekends.

Lobby was great, large room and bathtub Clean

Whilst the information said 750m from the station, the walkway was blocked, the walk was more than 750m from the station. No Mini Bar No Milk only coffee creamer. No room service when we arrived. Considering the cost of the room, a limited drinks and food room service would have be welcomed after a tiring flight and journey.

Although I told them twice, before check in and at check in ,tell them the tracking number, receiver’s name by email, and the staff responses that they will help to collect my parcel when it was delivered, the hotel still refuse to collect my parcel when it was delivered during my stay. Bring me a long of trouble.

Very spacious room , lovely hotel. Hotel staff are accommodating and friendly.

I wish that there are shuttle bus services from Yokohama station to the hotel and vice versa. There should be more eateries around this area where the hotel is. But I am not complaining about the hotel at all.

I have to highlight the staff. Third time I stay at Hilton Yokohama. Always great. The lady at the entrance half English and half Japanese, super staff. Also Ms. Bernan, has been great with me. Good people
