We stayed 3 nights and unfortunately I made the mistake to book a room with 2 twin beds. After some searching though the hotel was quite full the staff accommodated my request to be moved to a huge king bed in another room (at an extra cost). Since it was my partner's bday they also gifted us extra welcome drinks on top of the ones already included. We had the city view which was quite amazing The hotel location is perfect Close to the subway and bus and with a family mart in front of it Clean and very private! We also used the washing machine and dryer that you can also manage though an app (I thought it was quite cool)

We loved this hotel and our time in Kyoto! We do a lot of walking while travelling and definitely got our steps in while finding restaurants, markets, main shopping strip, and activities but it is also quite close to the train station which helped lots with day trips. Staff were wonderful and the bamboo mats were very comfortable. Washing & drying facilities were great, and the free drink was lovely! Convenience store right across the street which was great, especially since you do sort of have to walk a bit to get to restaurants and cafes.

We had quite bad luck with loud guests on our floor - 3 sleepless nights for us unfortunately :( We were probably just unlucky but I think the walls are quite thin - the sound travelled very clearly from one end of the hallway to the other.

Lovely hotel, interior and rooms. Comfortable beds. Conditioner worked well. Amenities available as needed. Hot water and all. Bathrooms neat and clean, smallish but enough to get things done. Room services well explained and layed out. Really enjoyed the cafe/rest area available to guests - convinient to have breakfast there (whether you buy it there or bring from outside), with tea/coffee provided. Closed late at night too. Location is good as well. Laundry services available and easy to use, althought took us a few gos to get our clothes dry (first time user).

The rooms were a bit small, but expected when travelling to Japan. Beds were a bit low, my parents found it hard to climb in/out. The conditioner in our room was quite loud when working, made it a bit hard to sleep intially, otherwise it's too warm without it being on. Conditioner right above one of the beds - probably not the best location, but it did it's job well.

Location was great! I was near a bus station and a 10-min walk to the nearest train station. There is a Family Mart just across the property and there are nearby restaurants as well. The lobby was nice, there was a wall decorated with recommendations so you won't have problems if you go to Kyoto without searching for places to go to. They also offered a bike rental I think, but I wasn't able to try this since it was raining during my stay. Room was clean, beds were super comfortable. It was hard to find a room with 3 individual beds so we're really glad we found this place. There is a TV and a refrigerator in the room. Pajamas were also provided to us. The room also had regular sockets and USB sockets for charging your devices. The bathroom was great. It also had a nice tub. Toiletries, towels, and a har dryer is also provided. Breakfast was simple (salad, fruits, bread, juice, coffee, tea) but they had the BEST croissants/bread ever!!! I'm still thinking about it up to this day. The lounge is open until 12am so you can do your work there if you need to.

Room was a bit small, as we were three people with three large luggages. A bit difficult to pack but we didn't really mind since the place was really nice.

The beds were comfortable. The common area downstairs was great as it had free coffee and tea all day and a microwave. The location was convenient for trains and buses. Some good restaurants and convenient stores close by. We were able to leave our luggage there before we checked in. It wasn't far from the major shoppng areas and the fresh food market.

We stayed there for five days and when they cleaned our room they didn't give us clean mugs. Also some teaspoons would have been useful when making tea and coffee in the room.

We stayed overnight at the EN hotel and found it to be excellent value for money. Very good location in a quiet street, bus stops nearby and convenience store at the corner. Rooms are spacious offering plenty of light and a good view. The beds are very comfortable and large. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. Personal touch of bathrobe and slippers added. The breakfast was basic but wholesome in the underground dining room which is fine. The best part...the staff are helpful and courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. Overall, an excellent stay, thank you Team En hotel!! Arigatho gozaimasta!

- Clean room, has staff clean the room everyday and change the stuffs - Lovely staffs, a Vietnamese girl was friendly - Pretty new hotel and modern, they have lobby as well where u can have breakfast (u can buy from them) or grab something else from outside and have a sit, free coffee and tea all day - 1 free drink from bar, I got whiskey and coke (pretty strong I don’t know the recipe in Japan maybe 50 ml of alcohol)

- The wifi is VERY SLOW, I used my 5G all the time

Clean & well maintained room & amenities. Includes towel, toiletries, slippers. My first time to experience being provided with sleepwear also. The location is close to city centre. There’s a FamilyMart across. Staff can communicate well in English. Fully serviced hotel. Beds are comfortable. Has hot & cold bath. Quiet even though near the main road. Felt safe during our stay. Affordable.

The room was just enough for the 3 single beds. There wasn’t much space left for our luggages.

Great hotel. We originally had a family room with 4 beds but quickly found our air conditioning wasn't up to scratch. The hotel staff addressed this immediately and transferred us to two separate two bed rooms where the air con was great and gave us some free drinks for the hassle. The staff were always very happy and polite. The pyjamas were also excellent. Location was great.

The beds are futon type beds and while satisfactory some found them a little uncomfortable but not a deal breaker.

Staff are very helpful. Complimentary drinks at EN lounge are beyond expectation. ( variety of alcohol choices)

I was not comfortable with the stain/ marks of the washbasin in my room. Though I know it is not dirty. But the hotel should replace with new one. The breakfast is just 3 pieces of pastry, small portion of salad and tomato soup. I know the hotel charged us very minimal for this. First day is ok, but on the second day I rather go to Familymart nearby.
