Hotel itself is clean on a quiet street walkable distance from Kyoto station. Near busses which take u to mail tourist sites. Just behind the corner is 7/11. Rooms are well equitted and you can take some hygiene one time use items at the reception (toothbrush, comb, razor,…).

We had 2 rooms with separated beds. 305-nice street view, great Wi-Fi signal,… 303- window facing the wall of the house next door. No Wi-Fi signal also LTE from a local SIM card was not catchable. Basically we were without internet the whole time (in the room were 2 teenagers- can you imagine the strugle?). We repeatedly complained to the crew as well as through messages in Booking. In the end nothing changed during our stay:-(

Close to the main station (really good if you want to get around a lot), big enough to open our three suitcases, nice bathroom, the washing machine worked well, nice amenities, quiet neighbourhood with convenience store nearby. Really good and clean for the price.

There was only one washing machine for the whole building which was nearly not enough, it was occupied the whole time and people had to queue for it (considering that one wash was 80-120 minutes). If something should be fixed, it's definitely adding more washing machines.

Location was great, 10min walk to Kyoto station and less than 10min to where you can take the buses to ginza and other areas The bed was big and very comfortable, we were struggling to sleep in our previous hotel because the bed was tiny, but we were able to have great sleep in here. The room was very spacious as well, allowing us to organise our suitcases with no issues

The only thing was that when they cleaned the room on day 3 they didn't took all the rubbish, we had an extra bag next to the bin which remained there after the cleaning

The location is quiet and I enjoyed the convenience of a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel. It is within 15 minutes by walk to Kyoto Station, and plenty of food options nearby. The room is big, cosy, and offers enough space to pack your luggage and walk around. You can get toiletries such as towels, shavers, and toothbrushes at the counter. Check-in is automated and very easy, with clear instructions on the screen to follow.

The toilet is a bit cramped as the shower, toilet bowl and sink are very close to each other. There is enough space to do everything but for a big guy like myself, I have limited movement in the toilet.

We’ve stayed here for 12 nights and got it for an affordable price. It’s 10-min walk from Kyoto Station and it’s near 711 and a pharmacy. They do the housekeeping every 3 days. There is a washing machine in the laundry room located at the ground floor. Although they only have 1 washing machine, we did not encounter any issues with others using it. The staffs are all friendly - from the receptionist to the room cleaning attendant. We did not encounter any inconvenience during our whole stay.

The place has everything you need, the fridge, the kettle, bathtub with shower. There is a microwave and a washing machine (with dryer!) downstairs. Space is small, but cozy, AC works well. Everything is clean and modern.

The bathroom and toilet were a bit small compered to another hotel we stayed before, but not a big problem, also, there was no closet or drawers, only a few hangers.

I had a great experience at the hotel, primarily due to the extremely helpful staff. They went above and beyond by securely storing my luggage even after I had checked out, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal; it's just a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it very accessible for exploring the city. Highly recommend for both the service and the location!

Great location, quiet, easy access to restaurants and convenience stores, friendly staff.

Stayed 6 nights in a room with a window from which you only see a wall that’s less than 1 meter away so natural lighting was extremely limited. No bottled water provided in the room at all.

Great location from the station! It was around the corner from laundry and a bunch of food places. A 7-eleven at the corner too made getting miscellaneous things easy.

The water temp in the shower never stayed the same. One min it’s hot then it’s freezing. And we never showered at the same time during the day cause we tried to see if it was just timing.

The hotel was secure you have to use a pin to get in to the building and then your room door has a pin to open it. It had self check in. It was close to the train station and bus stops.

No one was at the reception desk. When we were leaving I had to help and talk to new guests on how to check in and how to lock their suitcases before they checked in.
