The place is very close to Urakami Station and main road 206 making it very easy to move around. We were a group of 9 and the facility provided enough towels and toothbrushes. Our room's beds clean and soft and spacious enough for two. I had to send a couple of questions to the staff during oir stay and they were very responsive. It is possible to walk to Nagasaki Atomic Bomb museum and peace park, but if you wish to conserve energy or are unfit for lenghty walks then it is better to head to road 206 and take a bus. I recommended to using transportation when heading south to Dejima and Chinatown.

What a little gem this place was. Our hotel canceled on us last minute, and we booked this one standing in the arrivals hall at the airport while panicking. Well, we were so impressed and happy with it. Very modern, great facilities, very clean, spacious. Also, all keyless with super easy check-in, and direct access to the team through a tablet in the room. It was just brilliant and super quiet. We loved our stay. And it is only a few minutes walk to the Atomic Bomb Museum and the tram and bus.

The area is not very pretty or scenic, but it is the central point of the atomic bomb historic area. And anything else is easily reachable by public transport.

Close proximity to Urakami station, trams stops, convenience store and malls. The size of the room was good, although it was a bit small for a family of 4. Our room was better suited for a couple. Handy to have a washing machine. Loved that the toilet was separate to the bathroom.

Although there were 2 rods in the shower room to hang clothes, with only 6 hangers, that wasn't enough to hang our washing. If you're planning on staying there for a long time and do washing, either buy yourselves hangers or clip hangers (the ones with multiple clips). My life would have bern so much easier if I had these. I felt there could have been more plates and bowls. It was just the very bare minimum.

Location was great for our purposes and was very close to public transport. Trams and buses were frequent. Very spacious, as there was only 2 of us. Nice couch. Great to have a washing machine. Good heating, as it was very cold. Good kitchenette. Good fridge and freezer.

No tea, coffee, etc provided. No plug, drainer, or tea towel for kitchen sink, so difficult to wash dishes. Wifi didn’t really work over the 3 days. Would be crowded if more than 2 people. The English translation of check-in instructions was a bit difficult, and we asked for help from previous hotel. Couldn’t work out how to pay tax, so asked for help on the iPad. Person was able to resolve. When we were given Room code, we were not told we had to finish with *. This was confusing and we just guessed.

Well equipped apartment with excellent location in Nagasaki. Kitchen utensils, washing mashine (with washing powder), sofa/table. Walking distance to train, trams and buses as well as to the atomic bomb museum and Peace Park. Big grocery store, Plat mall Nagasaki, around the corner.

There is no reception so the check-in procedure is either done beforehand via a website or on a tablet at the ground floor. If you need anything you contact some service center via a tablet in the apartment. It works OK but it's a bit impersonal.

Self check-in using iPad, which was really straight forward. Room is very big, clean and has everything that we needed. We did not use the washing machine but it is available. Parking is downstairs coin operated. There are a few coin operated lots within the block. Location is near the Atomic Bomb Museum (5-10 mins drive), very convenient. Check out is super easy, simply press a button on the screen by the front door.

Lighting can be improved. No safe.

Great location near tram stop, and within walking distance of A-bomb stuff. Very clean and HUGE - there were 4 big beds for the 2 of us. Sitting area and some kitchen stuff (water kettle and fridge)

We checked in in advance. Even so, the front door code (which was supposed to be a simple 4 digit code) wouldn’t work. We finally realized we were missing the “star” character (*) at the beginning of the code, as well as not understanding the need to input the final Japanese characters at the end of the code (which were on a bar at the base of the keypad). When you get your confirmation email with code, make sure to enter the whole thing, not just the 4 numbers. Once in the front door, the rest of the check-in was smooth.

Unmanned check-in was smooth, spacious room & it was well equipped. Location was not a problem for us as we were driving. Coin parkings nearby. Not much for shopping in the area.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty. The washing machine was a crucial factor that we booked this place, unfortunately no dryer or cloth-drying fan in the bathroom, we had to drive to a nearby coin laundry for drying our washed laundry .

Apartment was clean, comfy beds and spacious. 5 mins walk from tram station and within walking distance to Atom bomb museum. Easy check in.

That aircond unit is at the corner of bedroom, hence poor circulation at the living/kitchen area.

The location is close to train station. There are several coin parking lots nearby, even in front of the hotel. Even though we are big group (12 people) and stay in one room (6 beds), it's spacious and very comfortable. There are 2 toilet - show rooms, free washing machine, smart TV with Netflix - YouTube premium and we enjoy karaoke and movies. For big group, make sure that you do "advance check in" to avoid delay check in. Check in with Tablet is super easy with qr code you got from advance check in.

At first, we found only 3 beds (from reserved 6 beds), surprisingly staff could not communicate in simple English. Of course, we found another 3 beds left behind the sliding doors.
