Beautiful decor and a great location. Staff were incredibly polite, friendly and efficient. Thank you to the young lady who helped send my luggage on to our next hotel in Tokyo which made everything less stressful. The rooms are spacious, with excellent amenities and a new, clean feel to them. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very nice with a kitchen and a handy washer/dryer. Very close to Shinsaibashisuji and Dotonburi but far enough away to be in a more quiet part of Namba. Handy to Namba Station to get you most places around Osaka.

Fantastic hotel right in the guts of Osaka. We just loved this location, near Dotonbori, but a little away (quiter). we also loved the street going towards Namba station Gashapon everywhere and an awesome neardy anime shop. Also, walking distance to Shinsekai. If you have kids, there's an awesome little playroom that my daughter loved going in and meeting other kids. The breakfast was good, we did end up eating there each morning because it was easy. Rooms are big

The location was close to the market and not far from namba station, a bit of a walk from dotonbori, but it was convenient to many things. The room was clean and nice but there was no fan in the bayhroom and a bit of a constant mildew smell in there. We loved the playroom for our toddler. Did not like the breakfast, wouldn’t recommend purchasing as there are many places nearby to get food and coffee. Staff were kind and helpful, but I was put off that when we arrived exhausted with a fussy toddler they said the room was available early but then said I had to sign up for their rewards program which involved a several step online process.

The hotel is beautiful and visually appealing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Impressed with the size of the room which is really comfortable for us to move around despite our numerous shopping bags and 2 big luggages. Love the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which uses natural ingredients and essential oils. All other basic amenities are provided too. Were pleasantly surprised with the guest lounge which was located on the same floor as our room. Guest lounge comes with a nice spacious kitchen, seating areas, ice machine, drinking water and coffee machine. The laundry room was easily accessible and next to the children playroom with a ball pit area. Location was great, near to all the walking streets and shopping malls. Away from the main crowd of Dotombori. Overall a really great hotel to stay and hope all guests will take care of the hotel facilities. Will definitely stay here when we return.

It took us sometime to find the hotel as there were too many exits. Might be a challenge if you travel by train and have many baggage. Best to check with hotel staff on best way to reach the hotel. And Namba itself has a few Namba related stations which makes it even more confusing. But once you figure it out its easy. Notheless still a great hotel to stay.

The soft play area provides children with a space to enjoy themselves. It's well maintained and has enough to keep the children entertained. Location of the hotel is superb - 10 mins walk to Namba area. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, with lots of space at the lobby and a common area serving all tourists' needs, e.g. hot water, utensils, vending machines. The room size is decent by the Japanese standard.

Some really minor things - the cups and glasses were 'hidden' at a not so intuitive place in the room. The wifi password was given to us in a piece of paper (mixed with lots of irrelevant information) instead of being displayed in the room. In both instances I ended up having to go to the lobby and ask for help (in a large hotel that could be a trip of 10 mins each way). The staff were helpful but it's something that, if better arranged, can save the time of both the staff and customers.

Really nice spacious apartment, really liked how it was decorated and it looked new. It had everything you needed including a washing machine with detergent. Every day we had cleaning services. We also requested a baby cot and we have received a very nice and comfortable one. The hotel also had a common kitchen area with a vending machine for drinks as well as a kid’s playroom.

Even though overall we had space, with the baby cot in the bedroom, it became a bit tight. Location was good overall but it was around 10-15 minutes to walk to a main subway station.

Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Great to have a sofa and microwave in the room. Clean. Fairly quiet. Easy to find. We made use of the wash/dry facilities. There is a retractable washing line in the bathroom which is useful for drying clothes. Combinis next door. Namba Parks just down the street for shopping. Easy walk to the airport limousine stop for Itami. They also accepted our luggage transfer from Kyoto and allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Kids area looked pretty good next to the laundry facilities.

The bathroom amenities (shampoo/conditioner) weren't as nice as at other hotels.

I recommend this hotel & would stay again. It is well located within walking distance to the restaurants & shops of Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi, Shinsekai, AmericaMura & Namba. The Nankai rapid express train links KIX direct to Namba station. The hotel fit out is new & the design well considered. The building is an old art deco office & many beautiful period features are retained. Staff are friendly.

I had booked a twin room with kitchen, the room is spacious with a dinner table. The cooking facilities are good enough to cook simple meals. I personally like the wooden hooks at the foyers. Good location, convenient but still quiet enough, about 10-15 mins walking distances to the Dotonbori area and Namba station. With coffee machine in the lounge floor. Friendly staff. I would love to stay here again :)

Hope the hotel will send staff to the lounge for cleaning up the coffee machine more frequently in morning, whether we went to the lounge at 7am or 11am, there were always people waiting for the coffee machine to be cleaned up. The lounge door design was not convenient, it was a bit difficult to manage holding the coffee mugs, put the card on sensor and open the lounge door at the same time, so I suggest to add a tray in each room. Also suggest to add a mirror in the bed room desk, not necessary but it will save time to go to the bathroom for using the mirror.

The location is superb! It is near Namba station and within walking distance of Kuromon market. There are lots of decent and inexpensive restaurants nearby. It is a very strategic location for food trips, shopping, and exploring other places in Osaka.

It's not that I don't like it, but I hope that they can have a bigger laundry room and more machines. During our stay, it was understandable that it was peak season, but it was a challenge to get a free washer and dryer, and waiting time was sometimes unbearable because some users were inconsiderate about leaving their laundry and clothes in the machines.
