The room was spacious. Wash basin is separate from toilet, so the waiting time is reduced, especially in the morning when everyone was rushing to go out. There are enough power points and USB charging points at the bed frame. Good location. Walking distance to Umeda metro station, Hankyu Osaka-Umeda station and the JR Osaka station. Good shopping centers nearby, so plenty of food options.

The mattress for double decker bed is thinner, hence i was like sleeping on a hard wooden bed frame. The air-conditioner is centralized, so the hotel has turned on the heater when it was like 10 degrees outdoor. The room became a bit stuffy, so we have to open the window slightly.

We had a comfortable room with all bunk beds so it felt a bit like a youth hostel, not in a bad way. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too. The room had pretty much everything you need and was very clean. Since we were pretty high up, we also had a nice view of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hankyu train station so it was easy to reach. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being so close to so many businesses, the room was very quiet and well insulated against city noise.

The lobby was crowded and filled with baggage that was stored there temporarily for guests who were out exploring the city. Staff also didn't speak a lot of English but they were eager to help anyway.

I chose the 6-person bedroom for our family of 4, which gave us adequate space. Location was great, easy access to public transportation, restaurants and stores. We would walk 3 min to the Main Hotel for the breakfast buffet, which let us choose what we wanted to eat individually. Room was nice and quiet; it didn't face the train tracks side.

There was a raised threshold between the bathroom and the room, which I stumbled upon a few times. I had to put a towel over it, to remind me. The wall against the bathtub caves in the middle, which leaves a gap between the bathtub and wall. This causes water to go in between the gaps.

Staff is nice and helpful. Check-In is with computer like many hotels in Japan. The room is clean, has a water cooker and a window that can be opened. The location is great, close to all train/subway transportation, shopping, restaurants....

The room is small, no storage under the bed, and to watch TV, one has to sit sideways on the bed. Hotels in the cities are expensive, and very small, at least make them comfortable and functional

Great location, just a few blocks from Umeda stations which can access kyoto, kobe, osaka hotspots via loop line or midosuji. Also right next to a nice lively street with karaoke and food options. Luggage storage prior/after checking is convenient. Convenient usb power right next to bed. 12 pm checkout time!

Minor complaints - would've been nice if there is laundry, or indoor slippers. Can also tell the hotel is slightly old, from the gloomy bathroom lighting to the elevator.

good location , you can walk 800 m from the hotel to the station . You can choose subway and JR . It is very easy to go back to Kansai Airport , just walk 4 min to the next hotel . I cannot remember the name of that hotel, but it is the similar name of this hotel. It looks new hotel . You can buy the ticket and catch the bus on the schedule. I went to the hotel with 3 people , i got a big room with 3 beds. I can open 3 luggages for packing many thing in the last day. It is very comfortable for us .

The lobby and the room is old style fashion . It is no modern style .

Good location,value for money .If u coming out from Jr Osaka, turn right towards umeda in second floor.thats a link brigde.then go down the staircase before the hankyu umeda. Once behind, walk straight 3 kind u can see the hotel.u see walk past hotel hankyu new Osaka first. And the hotel is kind enough to refund my money out of goodwill as I have shorten one night stay due to change of plan. Good hotel

Only thing is the air con which seems not able to be cold at all. Even when u turn to max as there is no reMote control for it. It only turn very cold in the middle of the nighy

A go-to budget-friently option if you are looking for a room with decent space, with all essential facilities and great central location (next to Osaka station). For a 3-star hotel in Japan, this is a good one, renovated with good bed for comfortable sleep and air conditioning. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even though it was next to the train trail, the noise isolation was good.

Old but well renovated

Location is prime, so near the various metro, railway lines and surrounded by countless eateries and retail options. Good firm bed. Good shower water pressure. Good size room comparably to other hotels. Good housekeeping service and attentive efficient front office staff.

Toilet a bit dated. Light in toilet can be brighter especially in the shower area.

Very convenient location close to Osaka Umeda station complex serving as platform for us to travel within and outside of Osaka. Room was adequately sized to unload luggage while providing us room to move. Comfortable bed/chair and reasonable bathroom amenities. Overall a very enjoyable one week stay and would be very happy to stay here again when coming back to Osaka.

More vending machine drink options would have been fantastic! Otherwise nothing much more to nitpick on.
