Good location, nice views over Osaka city, nice restaurants adjacent to the hotel! The hotel is located on 15th floor onwards in a high rise building. It gave us a luxurious feeling the moment we entered the hotel lobby. All the facilities were as mentioned during the booking. We particularly liked the view outside overlooking Osaka city. We also enjoyed restaurants (French & Japanese cuisines) that are in the hotel building.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The views from the room were stunning, and the room was spacious for Japan. The location was good, but a bit of a hike to get to places.

The breakfast and food in the Executive Lounge could have had more variety, as we were a bit bored of the same food by the third day, but the drinks selection was good!

The bathroom in my room was really nice, with a Japanese toilet and a really nice wet room shower. The location was pretty convenient for what I wanted. I used the luggage forwarding service that saved me a lot of stress

The "king bed" was actually 2 double beds, with a bar down the middle. I like to toss around in bed which was not enjoyable. Also, I was not given any sheets besides the comforter with duvet, and it was really hot so it'd be soaked in the morning. The restaurant bar charges essentially double the cost of a beer anywhere else. It was a little bit difficult to get to the front desk until I was helped.

the room was very clean and the stuffs are friendly, they can speak multiple languages which I believe they can understand what's your need perfectly. Near subway station. Some high rate little restaurants are walking distance. Very reasonable price for a hotel with these facilities in Osaka.

I think hotel need to improve their sign to guide people to reception, I saw so many client that day when I arrived couldn't find the way to reception. Or they may need some stuff locat on 1st floor to guide people that will save so much time.

Modern and stylish hotel Friendly and helpful front desk staff - we had issues with our luggage with the airline company, the staff at the front desk understood exactly what was happening and made sure we were looked after. We also wanted to send our luggage to the next hotel (in Tokyo) - they helped us and it was a super easy process. It was an additional bonus to have a fluent English speaker who was behind the staff that was helping us.

Room was small - but this is to be expected in a Japanese accommodation Would recommend travelers that want a bigger space to book a bigger room

The hotel is incredibly well-situated, just a few metro stations away from the vibrant Dotonbori district, making it super convenient to explore the city's lively heart. One of the most striking features of this hotel is that it starts from the 15th floor. This means every room boasts a truly stunning view of the Osaka skyline – it was breathtaking to wake up to and unwind with in the evenings! Beyond the views, the hotel was impeccably clean. Every corner, from the lobby to our room, was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very close to train and easy to walk to key attractions. Very good taxi availability. Extremely comfortable room with a good deep bath.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff is attentive and warm. The concierge desk is knowledgeable and ever so helpful. Overall a fantastic experience.

Location a bit away from the thick of things. Breakfast is repetitive. No bell boys on the ground floor near the parking, which is important since the hotel starts from the 15th floor. We stayed at the Tokyo Shiodome property by the same chain and it was perfect in terms of location and bell boy service from the ground floor (this hotel also started from the 20th floor).

The room was excellent, and the staff was always ready to help. They were all very friendly and treated us very well. Once we started venturing out, we found some truly amazing local spots within a 10-minute walk. The views from the lobby at night and during the day were fantastic. The hotel is very close to many train stations, which give you access to all of Osaka. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is located on a beautiful street in central Osaka - we had a choice of two nearby subway stations to get around. The room was average size and very comfortable - I liked that they provided silverware which was unusual and that we didn't experience at any other hotels during our stay. Also the view of the city from our room was incredible!

The reception being on the 17th floor was a little strange, but we got used to it and accepted it. Also, the Western options for the breakfast wasn't great but the eggs were cooked fresh to order which was the best part!
