I loved that it was in a prime location with lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. It was easy to go around and find places to eat because of it. It's also near the subway station where the Ginza line was, we could easily go to Shibuya or Asakusa because of it. I also loved the bed, and that the staff consistently gives us fresh yukatas/pajamas and towels everyday for us to use. Also, no need for us to bring shampoo, conditioner, and soap anymore, as the hotel provides it (the shampoo they have is really nice, my hair was so soft with it!) Lastly, the staff were kind and we appreciate it whole-heartedly! Because of my limited Japanese, I had to ask if it was ok to communicate in English, and they were very accommodating with it. It was easy to communicate with them.
Although it was to be expected, the room was very small for me and my aunt. And we're already two small Filipino women haha. We'd end up bumping into each other, or into furniture. The bathroom/toilet was also a bit outdated in comparison to the other hotel we stayed in during my previous trip last year. Regardless, it served its purpose and I'm not really too fussed about it.

Usefull position to move around the city with metro. Very nice position with a lot of nice place to eat and drink.
- QR code while dropping my luggage at the arrive (while wait for check-in) should be improve in something more intuitive, even for the staff... they looked a bit in difficulty finding my stuff and I had to indicate which were my luggage. It's not a big problem, everything has gone okay... it's just an advice. - I didn't liked the pillows (I prefer something more thick and hard)... but looks like every hotel has the same, so don't bother about it.

Great location, bed was comfy, room had everything we needed. Aircon worked very well. The location is unreal, right near Akasaka Mitsuke Station (with the option to walk 10min to Akasaka station for additional subway connections), 7-11 is 30m away, and 200 awesome restaurants surround you on the nearby streets. We would definitely stay here again.
The room was very small without anywhere for us both to sit (one chair but that space was used by our bags). It would have been good to have more hooks on the walls to hang our clothes and bags given the size of the room. For a single person I think it would be completely fine though. The bathroom / shower room was also small and it didn't dry that well. The amenities pack we got every day was excessive, we didn't need all the disposable cups and coffee and toiletries every day, I hope the are reused since we didn't touched them - if so not really an issue.

The location was excellent, easy to travel around Tokyo and from-to the airport by the extensive train system. The train station is barely a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and is a direct route to all the major stations like Shinjuku and Ginza. For the price and location, it's a no brainer. Would stay here again for sure. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby that open late into the night, yet it's not overly crowded.
Booked the location for a view of Tokyo Tower but you can barely see it. So the view itself is average to say the least, but the location is amazing!

The hotel is located in Akasaka, which is a busy area in the centre of Tokyo, and is less than 5 minutes walk from the metro station. I honestly didn't interact with staff, apart from when I checked in, but that went fine. The rooms were small, but it's Tokyo so that's not a surprise, and comfortable enough. Nothing spectacular, but exactly what you'd expect from this kind of hotel. It was quiet, though, and I didn't have any issues.
They only clean your room once every days, which is fine, but they leave a bag of stuff on the door handle and it's really unnecessary. I don't need a fresh toothbrush and towel every day, never mind a yukata. I barely even need one of those things. Plus, when they do clean, they didn't collect the pile of unused bags, so I ended up with loads of stuff I didn't need in my already rather small room. The fridge also wasn't particularly cold and my toilet had a habit of making weird noises. It wasn't an issue for me, but the area around it is full of tourist bars, so it might not be a great choice for any families.

I chosed this hotel because of the location. 3 subway lines ! Easy access to all locations in my itinerary. Shibuya,Ginza,Shinjuku,Disneyland...love it! About 1min walk from Akasaka_Mitsuke station. The room is small but I got everything basiccally I need during my stay. The size of the room actually a typical size in Japan, not really something bad to me. Also easy to get food....restaurants & convinient stores around & the well-known department store --Big Camera also there, next to the subway entrance. This hotel is already one of my favourites for the next trip.
There`s no laundry room/area.

The staff were friendly, the location was good for walking around as well as getting to a train station, and the air conditioning was easy to operate while making a pleasing rain-like white noise. Fair amount of coat hangers for such a small space and I liked all the lighting options.
Very cramped. Bed and pillows were on the stiffer side. Wasn't perfectly clean - there were some spots of green on one towel and found a long hair in a folded one. Toilet made a loud noise every time you sat on it (a rush of water which I'm sure served some purpose other than a jumpscare in the middle of the night). The temperature in the shower would waver every two minutes to be a little too hot then a little too cold before returning to normal.

I rated higher than last year as it is exceeded my expectation. The experience is much better than last year. My room this year was on a higher floor (7F) and that made me happy. Because last year I was on the 3F I think and I could hear all the noises (karaoke / people on the streets). As usual it is super convenience and accessible to trains and everything. And it is easier to communicate with staff compared to last year. And I love the free movies/shows to watch on TV. The room tv/monitor is very helpful. I cannot remember if this program exists last year or maybe I didn't explore the TV much that time. So yeah I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time.
I think they used to give bottled drinking water daily but this time I only got one.

Close to the local station, plenty of restaurants nearby as well as convenience shops. Room was clean, plenty of amenities provided for the whole stay, housekeeping were attentive. A/C unit worked well, mini fridge in room was handy. Also, microwaves on some floors to heat up food was nice/ as well as vending machines.
Room was quite small. Walls were not thick enough, you can hear next door guests snoring/talking. Not enough plug sockets to charge multiple devices.

The location of the hotel is very close to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (just a 1-2 min. walk). If you opt for the Akasaka Station, it's still quite near but a 3-5 minute walk.
It is a bit confusing to find the hotel. I think the hotel can put up a signage board/wayfinding to guide towards the hotel especially from the street that's closest to the Akasaka-Mitsuke St. I also think carpet flooring is a bit outdated. It makes the room feel unclean especially since it won't be vacuumed throughout your stay.
