The room was small, but cozy! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great, which was really needed. I liked the smart TV so we could log into our accounts when we just wanted to relax in the room. The free items to check out like the hair straightener, ice pillow, and iron were great. Loved the free face stuff offered downstairs also. We always had clean towels and emptied trashcans. The rooftop was really nice at night. Staff was friendly enough. The proximity to the train station was perfect. We also had an in room fridge. The pjs are comfortable too.

Breakfast wasn't to my taste, but you do get to choose 1 pastry and 1 drink each morning which is nice. You cannot leave luggage there after checkout, but it makes sense because there is not a lot of room. Bathroom can feel kind of tight, but it was fine.

The location was fantastic. Close to Toei Asakusa line and within walking distance to Ginza line and of course very very close to Sensoji and Skytree. In the morning we got compliments bread and drinks for each person which is good for us because we were always rushing to go to town. Another plus point is of course the view from rooftop which is superb!

The only downside is the room/toilet size. I feel like the room can be designed a bit better. But overall it is what is expected with that affordable price per room furthermore close to the train station and major attractions.

Location was very ideal. It was close to the subway and a lot of other conbini stores and cheap restaurants. It was also walking distance to the Sensoji Temple which was pleasant. Although the room was very small (which we were already aware beforehand), its very clean. Basic amenities like shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are provided and they also provide more like facial wash and earplugs. The room was very quiet and our sleep is uninterrupted.

The size but we were fully aware of that. We were aware that hotel rooms in Tokyo are very small so travellers, be warned!

Location was fantastic. 1 min walk from the Asakusa station (Akasaka subway line) and this same line connects directly to both Narita and Haneda airport terminals. Very compact rooms but well designed so there is a holding spot for everything. We had a twin sharing room where the beds were elevated on a wooden platform such that luggage’s n shoes can be easily stored below.

Bathroom was a tad too small for travellers like us who are tall and larger in body frames.

The staff were very polite and provided all necessary information clearly. They even made sure I got my package when it came in the mail. I was also surprised that they offered a drink and pastry every morning. The room was small but clean. The beds were firm, but softer than most other hotel beds I've slept on in Japan which was a welcome discovery. The hotel has a rooftop terrace you can go to and see Skytree at night. The location was great, only a few blocks from 3 different train stations. Also the closest station takes you straight to Narita airport. It was within easy walking distance of the tourist area in Asakasa, but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were surrounded by tourists. They also let me borrow an umbrella for free when it was raining.

I wish that we could have gotten a second drink or pastry at breakfast, but there is so much available to buy around the area, it was okay. Also the bathroom is really small. It was fine for us because we are pretty average sized adults, but anyone who doesn't like tight spaces would probably be uncomfortable.

The rooftop terrace were a huge plus. Beautiful views of the Tokyo tower. Great for winding downwith a snack or drink after a long day. There is a softdrink vending machine on the terrace but they also sell beers at reception at decent price so no need to find a 7/11. The hotel is also very close to. Asakusa station so easy train access to both Narita and Haneda Airport. Coffee machine in the room does great coffee. Hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and trustworthy. I left my phone at the microwave, thought it was in my room and only after a full day out realized I actually forgot it at reception. They kept it the whole day without a fuss. There is also lots of items that you can borrow including iron, charge cables etc. Amenities at reception is also sufficient. I will definitely stay here again.

The complimentary pastry and drink (juice/chocolate milk, iced coffee) for breakfast is OK, but I'm not a pastry eater so would prefer a hot coffee and muffin/rusk/cookie alternative. However, it's complimentary so still not worthy of a complaint. Just be mindful as a westerner, the rooms are very small and bathroom even smaller. It's exactly what you need to have a sleep and go, but space is limited.

the location is great. from airport, just take direct limit access train to Asakusa station and exit A2B which has elevator and turn right, the hotel is just few step walk from there. near tourist attraction. the rooftop is breathtaking. the bed is nice, comfy. you can change the towel every day. there is a pack of bread and varity of drink for light breakfast every morning. Allow to keep the luggage before check in. But not allow after check out.

the room is small. lol we have to take turn for packing our luggage. coz the space is enough for only one luggage. The toliet is small for big person.

Location was next to the Asakusa Station Exit. So easy transfers to Haneda or Narita. A short walk to food and shopping around the area. Staff responsiveness was also good. The regular western type rooms were clean but a bit cramped. Tatami room felt way bigger than advertised (I would get this room again as I like the space better).

Only two coin laundry machines were available. Also wished they also cleaned the machine's lint filter more often.

Great location, only 120 m from Senso-ji Temple, right across a convenience store, there are two subway stations nearby: the Toei Line Asakusa Station that takes you straight to and from both Narita and Haneda airport is right next door, and the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line station is only about 100m away. The neighborhood is lively without being too crowded. View from the rooftop is superb, especially at night. Staff is helpful and friendly. Appreciated the complimentary bun and juice/milk box in the morning. Rooms are small but all the buttons to control lighting and temperature are reachable from where you lie in bed, very comfortable. Wifi was speedy.

The room was clean, but the carpet was just a tiny bit moldy in the corners.

Fantastic location

Booked a room requesting 2 single beds but was given a room with 2 tatami mattresses side by side on a raised platform, bathroom was small. Not much space between the bathroom and bed.
