This was a relatively roomy hotel compared to most hotels in Tokyo. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a decent breakfast. It was nice that they had an onsen as well. Nice powerful shower. It is near several stations and there’s a variety of restaurants around. It’s close to Tsukiji however so be careful of the sushi prices!

There were a couple issues with our room. The light in the entrance area of the room (where you take off your shoes) had a motion sensor. This motion sensor was so sensitive that if people walked by our room at night it would turn on the light. I’m a light sleeper so this woke me up. The air conditioner was a bit hard to control and it seems it automatically turned off at a certain time of night no matter what we did with the settings, and it was automatically on during the day no matter what. We can read Japanese so it’s not like we didn’t understand what it said. I’d go to bed freezing and wake up at 3 am sweating.

I wished i had more time there as it was just amazing 👏 free ice cream at the public bath and nice cold water 💧 the food was so delicious 😋 the location is close to different food places. Inside the room was a foot massage and that was so needed after all the walking. The public bath has a inside and outside one and it's so beautiful and peaceful in there . The security on access cards to get to your room is amazing .

Though the hotel is not located in tourist hotspot, but it’s convenient to access to nearby subway (just 3 mins walk to nearest station) , especially with Asakusa line at Takaracho station where I could take subway to both HND and NRT airport.

The hotel environment is very good and the location is also very advantageous, but what is particularly touching is the hotel's service The handsome guy at the front desk, Huhe, learned that I had lost a scarf in Osaka, Japan. With Huhe's help, he carefully helped me call the translator and contacted the Osaka lost and found office multiple times. In the end, he successfully retrieved the scarf, turning the impossible into the possible. I am truly grateful to him! I will stay at this hotel again in the future because of its excellent Chinese service and great Chinese friends. Thank you, Huhe

The room had a foot massager which I've never had in any hotel I've stayed in before, and I was doing lots of walking every day so I made use of it! It also had a shoe dryer which was very useful the day my shoes got soaked from snow and rain. The toilet seat was heated, I'm from Australia so that's not common for me and it was very pleasant. The shower pressure was good and strong, and the water got nice and hot. I also enjoyed a bath because the tub was very deep. The curtains completely blocked out the outside light so I slept well. The beds were firm and comfortable. Good pillows as well. There was free water and ice cream.

The hotel was situated in a boring area of Tokyo, but it was very easy to catch trains to more touristy destinations.

Good location. Convenience store, subway, within walking distance. Coin laundry available and easy to use. Hospitable, helpful staffs. We left some stuff in their safe deposit. They sent email informing and confirming what to do. We asked them to keep it until certain date when we're going back before another flight to Sapporo. And so that's what happened. We collected those items without hassle and with everything intact. Thanks alot!

Small restaurant, without in-room dining services. No designated place for smoking anywhere within the vicinity. Can't get a usual "all accor" benefits.

Located a few blocks away from the main areas of Ginza. There's not much around but in a quiet area. Staff was excellent and happy to help with storing luggage and helping send luggage to our next stop.

The laundry room was always busy - not the hotels fault but could definitely use a few more. I ended up going down the street to a launderette which was slightly cheaper and more efficient to use. Rooms were tight with all the luggage, but standard of Tokyo rooms.

Comfortable and clean hotel with a great location that is conveniently located close to several metro stations, convenience stores and within walking distance to the Ginza shopping district. We got the double room with the tatami mats, which was a cool touch and a neat way to experience a more traditional Japanese style.

Beds were a bit on the firmer side, so something to keep in mind if that bothers you. Also the bathroom door didn't shut easily so it made a loud noise whenever you had to open/close it.

Excellent location, simple room with everything you need.
