The hotel is in a great location 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station. Loved the snack area with free snacks and drinks. Staff were great and super helpful. We had our luggage transferred to another hotel to save us travelling with them, which the hotel sorted. This was a great service and worked so well. We returned to this hotel after travelling round Japan and had made use of luggage storage which was great. On our return night we were upgraded to a room for 4 which also had a washing machine. Room had kettle and pyjamas and extras like combs, toothbrushes etc. are all available at the reception.

The hotel itself is very small, but clean and simple. There are no thrills at all here. Good beds, but the room we had was literally facing a wall. This was our second holte in Tokyo and I know for a fact that for the same money you can get something much better with much more options and extra services.

It would have been great to have more drinks options for the happy hour (it was one drink per adult) and barely any choices of soft drinks for kids. Location was not the best. There is NOTHING around. Yes, it is close to the train station, but that's about it.

Convenient location close to Ginza shopping area and 10 min walk from Tokio Station, which can be done through an underground passage, where you can also find shops and restaurants (and airconditioning, which is a huge plus in summer!). There is a snack station on the second floor, where they serve warm food, free drinks and you can also bring your own meals and eat comfortably at the premises. All to no additional cost.

the rooms were very small and had no closet where to acommodate clothing. That was a bit annoying, but all in all we really enjoyed this hotel and will definetely choose it again.

Location is great when it comes to train stations as short walk to Tokyo station and Nihombashi stations. Also love the fact that washing machine and dryer is in the room so I don’t need to go out and wait for my laundry like most other hotels in Japan. The snack bar area is my kids’ favourite.

They only take out trash daily. If you want room cleaned you have u inform front counter 1 day in advanced. No view from the hotel room. There is very limited food choices unless you want to pay for fine dining at Takashimaya, especially for dinner as the hotel is surrounded by office area and has office crowd. It is impossible to get into any izakaya around there without reservation

We stayed at this hotel for twice during our stay in Japan, and both stays were excellent. The location of this hotel is awesome! It’s an easy 5-7 minute walk from Tokyo Station, Central Yuesa Exit, and it is also a short 8 min walk to Nihombashi Station, which we used as our primary hub for train travel. There’s a 7-11 on the corner with an international ATM, there’s a great cafe next door where you can pick up excellent coffee and sandwiches, and there’s also a large mall (Takeshimiya) which has great food amenities in addition to shopping. It’s close to a post office, Tokyo information centre, and if you are up for it, a 15-20 minute walk to Ginza for shopping (or take the train from Nihombashi is just as easy)! The amenities offered by this hotel were equally superb. We had a comfort wide twin room, with 4 twin beds, large enough for our family which included two teenage boys, and it had ensuite laundry and mini fridge. The beds were great, the room and hotel are very clean, and there’s a wonderful assortment of free light snacks and drinks offered from 1pm-10pm daily on second floor. This floor was a great spot for enjoying lunch or dinner to go. The staff were great, fluent in English which really helped us. They offered umbrellas for free, and provided skin care, cooling wipes and other simple hygiene products for use. An absolutely great experience overall, highly recommend!

This is a rock solid property!

The location of this hotel is excellent and I would certainly recommend this part of Tokyo to first time visitors who want to be near to the main station hub. We loved the free drinks and snacks area and made use of this to meet up as a family rather than in our rooms. I liked how the hotel was so near to the underground shopping mall which was part of the station. This meant we did not need to go outside in the heat or rain much. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We did not have a view, but this did not matter as we were busy enjoying the sights of Tokyo.

We loved the location of this accommodation. We used Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station both within a very easy walk from the hotel. There are many places to shop and eat nearby as well. The staff was wonderful and very friendly/helpful. The arranged for us to have a transfer to the airport which made our return flight super easy getting to the airport. The breakfast was great. Our room was impeccable. The shower!!! WOW, what a shower! Thanks for a great and comfortable stay.

I can't think of one thing that we didn't like. Everything was wonderful.

We flew into Narita and took the Narita Express to Tokyo Station. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was it would be a short walk from Tokyo Station on arrival and to get the Shinkansen later. Check-in was good, we had two rooms adjoining as it was my wife, me and our two teenagers. As expected in Japan, the rooms and rest of the hotel were very clean. Beds firm and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a mix of Japanese, other East Asian, and European. We stayed here our first night in Japan and again a week later for three nights.

If they sold their pajamas! Such a minor thing of course.

We took the comfort wide, Room was spacious with projector and TV. Walking distance from the Tokyo central station and other metro lines. Bus stop outside of the hotel. Possibility to have snacks until 10:00. Pyjamas ready for you in the room along with toothbrush and Paste.Other amenities at the reception corner to pick up. Borrowing of the Umbrellas possible. Chen (from Bruma) was really awesome and helped us with the projector and other translations from Japanese to English for the washing machine, at snack bar. She also vacuumed our room at the odd hour. Thank you so much to her.

Less vegetarian options during the breakfast. Rooms are partially cleaned, towels and pyjamas changed. Room is not vacuumed everyday you need to request to do that everyday.
