1/ the deluxe room is very spacious and clean and modern.
1/ Gym do not have enough weight equipment. and too small. 2/ the new roof top club for deluxe room guest is not good although it has beautiful views (a) u need to change lift to get there (b) its like kindergarten in day time full of mothers and toddlers (they are not hotel guests but groups coming to use the club), © only coffee is free nothing else, (d) staffs are rude they don't let you in at 940pm even the club should be closed at 10pm. 3/ the superior room my kids stay is far too old and outdated deco and no view even at high floor.

We loved our stay at Keio Plaza. We booked for the start of our trip and ended up staying again last minute at the end of our trip as we didnt like the hotel we booked. The rooms here are much larger than the average Japanese hotel room and are very clean and well kept. The location is perfect, super close to all the action in Shinjuku but tucked away in a slightly quieter part of the city. Less than 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. We got the airport limousine bus that drops you right outside the front of the hotel which is so convenient. Will definitely book the Keio Plaza for our future trips to Tokyo.
The wifi was very hard to connect to and would drop out a lot.

The hotel is very impressive and expansive. The room was also really nice with an incredible view. We were in the south tower and looked out straight onto the Government building, which has a nightly light projection show. This started about 15 minutes after we checked in on the first night and it was incredible. We also could see Mt Fuji alongside the government building when it was clear one morning. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station and the expressway airport bus terminal, which the staff helped us out with as we needed to get a 5am bus to the airport. We also used the Disney shuttle bus which worked great. There are some nice places to eat just a couple of streets away and there is a Natural Lawson just nearby which is a great convenience store for those looking for some more vegetarian options.
All the catering options in the hotel are very expensive. I think an Airbnb with some more utilities in the room is better suited for a family stay. It was also unclear to us that our room didn't include access to the sky plaza so that was disappointing.

This was an amazing hotel to start our trip to Japan. The Airport Limousine bus dropped us off at the door step. We booked the free Disney shuttle to and from DisneySea. We also started our Mt Fuji daytrip booked on Klook from across the road. Shinjuku train station and subway were were less than 10 min walk. We walked to Golden Gai and Kabukicho one night when we did a self guided walking tour around Shinjuku. Always felt safe. The room was one of the largest we stayed in Japan. We booked the Superior Plus - Twin Room in the main tower with breakfast. The breakfast was excellent with amazing service. The concierge and front desk were happy to chat and answer any questions. We had access to the SKY PLAZA IBASHO on level 47 and sitting up there with a cup of tea/coffee/soft drink after a long day of sightseeing was a bonus. I can’t fault this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel had a limo bus stop right in front. Also they had a 7 eleven onsite on floor 2. The location was really great. Staff were great!
We had two rooms in the South tower which were not remodeled and a little dated. The bathrooms didn’t have a handle to help my mom step into the tub. We requested a room with a walk-in shower. So they moved us to the main tower which had access to the 47 floor lounge free coffee and sodas. Snacks and alcohol drinks available for purchase. These rooms were really nice but my husband and myself room had 2 twins instead of a large king. Also, we weren’t able to move our room until 2 days after our 4 day stay.

A huge beautiful hotel in the business district of Shinjuku, so it is a quieter area of Shinjuku. Rooms were lovely, specious and very well maintained, albeit the bathroom was slightly dated. We had a great view of the Tokyo Metropolitan tower, and the hotel bar on 45th floor had amazing views too. We were lucky enough to have breakfast up on the 45th floor as well! The staff were absolutely incredible.
It was quite expensive but saying that, the facilities and common areas are pretty amazing. Also - it is in a quieter area of Shinjuku so a bit more of a walk to the main Shinjuku area, compared to other hotels (but we didn’t mind that for our first day in Japan!).

Shinjuku is an unbeatable base for exploring Tokyo, and this hotel is a perfect example of why we love visiting Japan — exceptional cleanliness, world-class service, and seamless efficiency. Not to mention the food :) This hotel is huge, and despite the number of guests, the staff were consistently courteous, calm, and helpful. Our corner room on the 19th floor even had views of Mt Fuji — an unexpected and beautiful bonus. Worth getting a bigger room. Large, luxurious lobby and well-organised luggage storage system for early check-ins. The train station is at the front door with lots of major attractions (shrines/temples/gardens/shopping) also within walking distance, and there was even an evening Godzilla light show at the Government building across from the hotel. Rooms were spacious, safe, and well-maintained. The on-site gym was small but well equipped, and having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was incredibly convenient and the fruit smoothies were delicious. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the health tonics. After a disappointing experience elsewhere during our trip, we rebooked this hotel again later in our holiday, and it was just as excellent the second time. Consistently high standards, reliable consistency, and thoughtful service. Full credit to the management and team. A highly rated and recommended Tokyo hotel.
The mattresses on the 23rd floor were quite firm, but when we returned for our second stay on the 19th floor, the beds were noticeably more comfortable.

Great location with many restauratnts both inside the hotel and in the nearby area. Close to the subway station. Comfortable beds. Water and toiletries replenished everyday (even cuetips and razors) Room was cleaned and new towels provided everyday. Adapters for charging devices available in the room Even an 110 to 220 volt converter was supplied upon request (for Dyson hairdryer) Five self-service laundromats available A 24h 7-11 on ground floor A free shuttlebus two times a day to and from Disneyland. Excellent restaurants in the hotel Pretty nice gym (although we didn't use it) Two different breakfast restaurants with international and japanese buffe opened between 06-10 everyday
Bathroom was a bit old (especially the bathtub) but functionable Tv didn't have many international channels and was a bit outdated aswell (brought my own Apple Tv though) Pool was closed during our stay but I'll bet it was nice too Could easly hear people in the corridors and doors slaming above/below us. Even other toilets close by flushing which often woke us in the morning. We had rooms near the elevators so thats understandable. Wouldn't call it soundproof though

Location is in the Shinjuku area. So, technically when you stay here, you are near all the happening places. Shopping and eating at great places is just about 600-800min walk. We visited during the Sakura Season (Cherry Blossoms) and proximity to the Shinjuku Gyoen National Park was another bonus. It's recommended to go for the Premier Grand rooms - on higher floors. That's what we had with us and that's what most of the reviews will tell you too. They have a disney shuttle bus service everyday. You need to book your seat in advance but no payment required. Breakfast for the premier room guests is on the 45th Floor. Two great advantages from this feature - no need to wait in queue for breakfast and get to see exciting views from 45th floor. Breakfast spread is decent but not exemplary. Service is good and friendly. Front desk/concierge/Housekeeping/bell services are all satisfactory.
They do not accept any requests for early check-in for any of the guests. Regardless of availability of rooms. This is one notch below for hospitality. Some flights reach at 6am or earlier and if they can accommodate- they should. But they issue a Blanket NO to all guests.

Great quieter location but walking distance to busier areas. Beautiful hotel, great facilities, clean and well serviced. Beautiful bathroom products and great the you had laundry room.
Only thing I didn’t like was the laundry room washing machines were always in use and often left unemptied because people didn’t come back quickly after machine finished. Need to have shorter cycles, because each cycle taking so long and people then did extra drying time it just meant you couldn’t access a free machine. Just have quicker cycles and I maybe separate dryers as these wash dry machines didn’t dry well.
