This property is in a great location, close to all of the main attractions in Tokyo but out of the hustle & bustle so nice & quiet! The staff are incredible, friendly & helpful! The room was spotless & the beds & pillows so comfortable! I am a very fussy traveller & I was very happy here! The bakery in the lobby has some of the most delicious food we have had you must try! We also hired a car for a day & they had secure parking you can pay for onsite which was very helpful! Would highly recommend a stay here!

The breakfast was good with many options. No espresso drinks though. The location was quiet and away from noise but there were very limited options for food close by. The location is ideal for attending events at the stadium (across the street) and for visiting the hospital (walking distance). The train station was also very close.

Coffee machine in the room. 12 pm check out time instead of 11

Great location, seconds from the subway and greatly positioned to see Tokyo. Staff was amazingly caring and the onsen and facilities super clean. Nice bakery

Rooms are quite small and there is no designated space to consume bakery purchases in or around the hotel, which is really missing

- room has balcony with great view - there is also a rooftop balcony and lounge area with the view of Japan National Stadium which is just across to the hotel - less than 1 min walk to Oedo Line and 2-3mins walk to JR Chuo-Sobu line - very convenient starting point to explore Shinjuku - walking distance to Olympic village and Sushi Masashi - spacious bathroom (has both bathtub and shower area)

- small avalable floor area (for two people) where to put, open, and arrange your suitcase - there is a restaurant with outdoor seating that faces the large garden, but you cannot seat there even if your bought bread, pastries, coffee etc from the hotel's cafe. So if you want to seat there make sure to buy from the restaurant itself

Easily one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. It had easy access to subways and buses, was right next to the gorgeous Shinjuku Gyeon, and had modern room design. The balcony was exceptionally great, with the promised garden view that didn't disappoint. The ground floor bakery and restaurant were also very good. It feels slight removed from the city bustle, which is nice at the end of a long day (but be ready to walk a bit to get to the nearest conbini for a late night snack).

The bathroom light was not conducive to putting on make up, and no other lighting situation in the main room was useful for that purpose, either. I always bring a light-up mirror when I travel, so it was fine, but I found it an unusual oversight considering how great the rest of the room was

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly with helping to send our luggage to our next hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated, and watching the sunset on the rooftop terrace was a highlight (we could see Mr Fuji!) We also liked that the hotel is in a quiet area, away from the chaos of busier parts of Tokyo, but has a metro stop right next to it for quick and convenient access to Shinjuku, Shibuya etc.

Nothing!! :)

I loved the balcony in my room with the very nice open area and very nice view. I loved how sound was isolated well so had good night sleep . Pillows and bed were very comfortable . Staff were all very friendly and approachable and helpful . Metro station is just few minutes away .breakfast was good .

I didn’t like the fact that the sink is outside the toilet and that toilet and bathroom are separated !

We enjoyed the bakery selections for breakfast and a coffee which we loved having while sitting in the quiet space on level 2 looking out over the beautiful gardens. We enjoyed a fabulous evening meal which was delicious and the staff were so attentive.

Maybe a clear set of directions on sight to reach Tokyo central. Our first time in Japan so we were a little daunted by the rail system. Not your fault but just some feedback from a first time tourist. Thank you

Beautiful garden, relaxing public bath, and bakery + restaurant (amazing breakfast buffet), and train station right next door.

Rooms are on the smaller side. looks much bigger online. Not very many food restaurant options close by. The gym was not equipped with free-weights or machines—mainly cardio equipment.

It was my fourth time staying in this hotel. I like the compact rooms with a nice bathroom and a balcony. I had a room at the fourth sides of the building and my least favoruite is the back (as it overlooks the trainstation and the interstate) Try to avoid those rooms, although the noise cancelling is very good. There is a big public bath on the 12th floor. I also recommend the bakery annex the lobby for some quality bread. I also had breakfast and it ris really lovely with fresh products. You can choose a Japanese or western breakfast (or just combine). Kudos to the staff and I always feel very welcome. Location is top: The hotel is just a street away from the National Stadium. There are two train stations nearby: Kokuritsu-Kyogijo Station on the Toei-Oedo Line and the JR Sendagaya Station on the Chuo Line. Both Roppongi and Shinjuku are 10 minutes away by train. The neighbourhood is very quiet (unless there is a soccer game or a gymnastic concourse). The Meiji Shrine is a 10 minute walk away.
