Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff was very nice, helpful and respectful. Thank you again to the employee who helped us send our luggages to Kansai Airport and relieved our stress and enabled us to travel hands-free. Though the rooms are pretty small (but this is average according to Tokyo standards), they did more than the job: clean, tidy and confortable beds with a smart TV and a little fridge with kettle. Cleaning service can be provided every day and clean towels are provided daily even if you did not ask for cleaning. Highly recommend this hotel if you’d like to stay near the busy neighboorhoods without all the noise that comes with it. There’s a lawson, family mart and 7eleven near the hotel and the Shinjuku and marunouchini lines are a few meters away from the hotel. Shinjuku’s main streets are accessible by walk as well.

I recently stayed at the Via Inn hotel in Shinjuku, and let me tell you, it was a brand new building that totally exceeded all my expectations. The staff were super polite, really helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The room looked amazing—so clean, stylish, and up-to-date! The location was just right—super close to the train station, restaurants, and all the main attractions. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, you should really consider this hotel! I can’t wait to come back here on my next trip!

The room size, which is typical in Japan.

We stayed at APA hotels in Shinjuku before and wanted to experience something different to compare. This was cleaner and the design of the room, though still quite small, provided for a slightly better experience. It may have been renovated recently, all the furniture was quite new and they offered a table in the room which was convenient to have breakfast at. Checking in was quite easy with their totems, it’s just 1 subway stop from Shinjuku station and quite easy to walk to the closest station entrance, even with luggage. Would likely stay again if looking for a convenient, budget-friendly hotel in Tokyo. It’s much nicer than staying in Kabukicho as it’s a bit quieter.

Via Inn Shinjuku was the perfect place for visiting Tokyo, well situated outside of the main chaos of Shinjuku, incredibly close to the Shinjuku-Sanchome subway line that connected us to so many incredible areas of the city. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, rooms were small (as expected) but contained everything we needed. Complimentary coffee and tea helped us start every morning, we didnt get to try the breakfast (offered both Japanese and Western style buffet), but it was affordable and open quite early. The staff was super welcoming and helpful, free umbrellas to tour around were a perk, will certainly reccomend and stay again!

The stay met all of our expectations. The room was a little bit small compared to the pricing, but that's to be expected with accommodation prices across Tokyo.

Staff members were amazing and always ready to assist. Location of the hotel is in a quiet part of Shinjuku which we prefer. Easy access to the metro line Shinjuku-sanchrome which is 2 streets away. The underground pass from the metro station is linked to Shinjuku station which is a good 15minutes walk. There is also a Seven Eleven and Japan Kart on the same street. Room is small which is pretty standard in Tokyo. We will definitely consider to stay here again!

Loved the location. Quiet street and quiet clientele. Incredibly clean, absolutely spotless. Filter coffee bags available. Friendly reception. Good aircon. Very good room facilities. Nice bathroom with bath. Family Mart on the corner, French patisserie a few door down. Three train stations within walking distance with a suitcase. Would definitely stay again.

As is usual in most hotels in Japan, the room was quite small. It’s hard to find space to open your suitcases. But it is normal for Japan.

Staff was friendly, overall place was clean and tidy. Room had a great view (corner, 12th floor). Location near Shinjuku San-Chome station, able to access most places with couple of transfers max. In a quiet corner of Shinjuku, just minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Simple business hotel, affordable and decent for the price and location.

Amenities are a bit lacking. Toothbrush, soap, etc were provided, but some basic ammenities such as razers come at a fee.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel. Everyday they come to clean the room and change the towels and beddings. There is also a laundry on the top floor. Staff are lovely and always greet you. Location is very good, close to convenience stores and subway stations. Comfy beds and quiet nights.

Breakfast was cold and repititive. Stayed for 12 days and it's the exact same food served every single day.

The staff spoke good English and were very friendly as expected of Japanese hospitality. I really appreciate the cleaning services and in addition to the hotel being near the less busier train station of Shinjuku-Sanchome (as opposed to Shinjuku station), which only takes 5 minutes to walk to.

This could just be nit-picky but the space could have been bigger, it was quite small even for a solo traveller but I suppose this is standard in Japan. Aside from that, everything was great!

I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t realise we were going to be staying in a newly renovated room. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, new facilities. I liked the little dining nook area in the room.

My only feedback is, it would’ve been good to have a heads up about the renovation occurring before booking the hotel. Secondarily it would’ve been good to have somewhere to store luggage in the room. For example some hotels in Japan have under the bed storage for luggage.
