Location location location!! Great place that was minutes away from Yoyogi station. A supermarket and Family mart around the corner which saved us during late night snacks and dinners. The house was big enough for our group of 8. There was a washer/dryer, two toilets, dining space and kitchen space to use. There was enough beds and futons for everyone where we had to spread across two floors (middle floor and upper floor/loft).

A fairly old building. I think it use to be an old restaurant or some sort of business that was converted. There was a counter right at the front door which hid all the previous towels, cleaning items and random stuff. Very very dusty and dirty in some corners or parts of the house.

Checkin was very easy (completed online and could access keys on the property), especially convenient as we landed in Tokyo late at night. Property made great use of space. Close to 2 train stations and was a lovely area to stroll through.

We had booked for 7 guests, however only 5 beds had been prepared. We had to figure out which sheets we could use and how to set up the remaining 2 beds.

Location and the facilities provided

We got lost for about half and hour while finding the location. The map is a bit confusing despite the host provided us another map to double check.

the location is very strategic, close to supermarkets, convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. very suitable for group tours.

a bit difficult to find, because many buildings are similar. if only there was a nameplate it would be very easy for us.

The basic needs were met Location was great Short walk to two train stations (1 minor local line and 1 main line) Great supermarket nearby Nice quiet neighbourhood Great washing machine and drying rack

Very late check in time with no flexibiltiy to check in earlier, we were able to drop our bags inside at least before check in but very unhelpful despite making multiple requests due to child with disability. Place had not been cleaned when we dropped our suitcases inside and it was 4pm with 5pm check in time. Cleaning products were supplied so at least i was able to clean the shower again before we used it. Very expensive however bedding very uncomfortable I think they should spend some money on decent beds, very cluttered and poor use of space. Dirty looking inside shoes provided. Airconditioner noisy and didn't function fully. Furniture uncomfortable. Felt unclean.
