We had a large, comfortable room with a king size bed and sleeper sofa which was perfect for the 3 of us. The safe and refrigerator were great additions to the room. The hotel was lovely, very clean and in a great area of the city. We walked around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. It was a short taxi ride away from different malls and restaurants. Nice pool on the third floor with cute outdoor bar.

My only complaint would be the food at breakfast was bland, but since there were many people from different countries at the hotel, I think they try to keep the food more simple to please everyone. I did notice, breakfast on Saturday was much better than during the week with better options. The room where breakfast is served is beautiful.

Hotel Clarion Suites was an amazing hotel, located within Zone 10 within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping areas and also several Casinos. It was very clean, spacious and hot water was readily available when the taps were opened in the rooms. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The restaurant with its waterfall backdrop was a very relaxing place to have a meal. They also accommodated me in arranging a bottle of wine and slice of cake for my wife who was celebrating her birthday.

I had a minor issue with a double charge for breakfast, which was eventually resolved by management.

The hotel was as expected. Clean, neat, staff was kind and able to help. Breakfast was good.

When we made the reservation, breakfast was included. Once there, a staff member approached us with a bill for breakfast. We had to resolve the issue with other members of staff. The situation was uncomfortable, but in the end, everything was solved and we had to pay nothing for it.

Very clean and luxurious accommodations minutes from the international airport. I had no issue getting a certified taxi day of my flight and the hotel stay was refreshing after staying in Panajechel with fewer high end options. This was well worth the $93.70 USD and was more than a person can expect in the states. Would definitely stay again! Staff were friendly, accommodating and food in the restaurant was good and nicely presented. Shout out to the hardworking bartender from Antigua as well, I want to say his name is Envil. Excellent service and very valuable employee deserving of a raise!

Almost everything. The room was huge, clean and comfy. The restaurant was beautiful and food was tasty. The drinks collection was great! The hotel area was awesome. Lots of things were nearby. I could not explore more as it was Jan 1st and everything was closed but this hotel will be my top priority if I plan to visit again the Guatemala city.

The only thing that I could have loved if their Jacuzzi would have been working.

The room was so comfy. Exactly what I needed after a long day of travel and before another long one to come. They also helped me book a taxi to get to the airport. I didn't actually have breakfast as I had to leave too early, yet they did get me a complementary drink when I checked in.

Excellent size room, with anteroom, space to work, located in a quiet and safe area, with several restaurants nearby, including the hotel restaurant which, in addition to having a beautiful decoration, has an excellent quality and variety of meals.

The rooms are very nice The location is great. This has been the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at Clarion and I will do so when I return to Guatemala.

The signal on Wifi is poor I think the juices are so sweet The food is not to great too This time don’t like it

The staff, the cleaning of the room

The knock on the door of the room every morning for nothing, just checking. The buffet did not have sliced beef, or Turkey bacon, or Sausage, and it had tooooooo much Pork, which I cannot eat.
