The type of room we had booked wasn't available but we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was very much appreciated. the location is very good and the food choices are also very good. The reception area is very clean, bright and smells good. The Premier lounge facilities were very good and the staff very attentive and pleasant.

The area around the pool wasn't very clean, the seating area near the bar was also rather neglected. The restaurant service is also lacking as requests had to be made on at least a couple of times before what was required arrived.

We had a charming experience starting from check in to check out. We chose this property for celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and they made it so special for us. We are really thankful to Mr Abid at the reception who allotted us the upgraded premium room with the best sea view at the top floor. He also arranged for complimentary room decoration along with a cake for the celebration for us. House keeping & in-room dinning department did well. We enjoyed both the buffet breakfast & dinner at the Square as there were enough variety and food was very much tasty & healthy whatever expected from a five star brand. Mr Arif at the Square was very prompt and cordial. The Asian cuisine in the in-house restaurant Sampan, was also delicious. The location of the hotel is just perfect if you want to enjoy the beach & sea view with a luxurious stay.

The newly joined employees need proper training & table manners. Complementary coffe pouch provided in the room should be a bit higher standard, Nescafe atleast. They provided some OWL company coffee which is not at all expected from a five star brand.

Room size and staff were very friendly. Great location.

Bar food does not match the standard of the hotel, paneer wrap had no flavour at all. Bar staff were appalling, very slow with all orders, didn't know what each other was doing, poor service. Didn't order food again! Swimming pool had birds swimming in it and is in full view of the hotel from 3 sides, so too public so did not use it. Poolside restaurant chairs had bird poop on them and not cleaned. With all of these reasons, the hotel is overpriced for what it is for international guests.

Traveled with my 85-year old mother. Our slow pace was easily accommodated by the staff (holding lift & lobby doors open, offering a helping hand with bags, etc). Breakfast options were plenty. The restaurants were very nice (when we happened to eat there). Room service menu is good. The housekeeping staff were very helpful about keeping my mother's insulin pack cool. We had a room with a view of the beach and it was amazing. Very nice

Not really "didn't like" - but the minibar fridge was not cooling enough even after they changed it.

I did not have breakfast, but I ate lunch or midday meals at the restaurant. The food was excellent. I was happy to have the option of eating inside or outside. I did both on various days and enjoyed both. The location on the beach was great. I had a fantastic view of the sunset each evening and enjoyed it. Just observing the beach each day was wonderful. The room was fantastic. It was neat and very clean. It was smaller than I expected. The beds were pretty small too, but I was alone so I was comfortable. And the gym was a bonus. The first thing I did when I arrived was visit the gym. The equipment at the gym enabled me to workout every body part. I was extremely pleased with this. Having a good gym is very important to me and this one did not disappoint.

There was nothing that I disliked. However, an odd thing about the room was the curtain on the bedside that could enable a person to view someone taking a shower. I don't understand the purpose, but I was alone so it didn't matter. I've never seen something like that before and found it odd, that's all.

The food was great. Sampan Chinese restaurant was exceptionally great Chilly Chicken to Die for .... Was a bit disappointed with the Buffet restaurant not the Food part but Service although the staff was great but needed direction,training to be More customer Focused on basic stuff like water cutlery, although it's not a big thing can be improved if senior F& B professionals can give them basic training it will be a exceptional place

Warm hospitality overlooking the breathtaking beauty of the Arabian Sea. Superb cuisine and delicious Sunday spread. Highly attentive Management. Best part is that it is close to the best places of JUHU! The swimming pool is gorgeous, overlooking the seashore and perfectly designed to balance your day and nights. My room had the view of both the sunrise and the sunsets, so highly recommend getting a nice room view at the property. Property has an on-site salon which is managed independently and the owner is great and highly adept at styling. Highly recommended to world travelers. My purpose of my trip was leisure and capturing the world of hospitality experiences.

Spa rooms need improvement compared to the rest of the amenities offered by the hotel and adjacent properties.

The location was great. It was right on Juhu beach and the area was upscale. Hotel was very pleasant and staff were very friendly. Food was great. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese restaurant that was on site. Foood there was amazing. Staff Aditya and Vishal from this restaurant were great hosts. It was great 4 night stay at Novotel.

It was quite far from central Mumbai and so if you are a tourist then it’s a long drive from here in traffic. Their charges for drinks and even soft drinks were outrageously over priced. Too much security checkin to enter the hotel each time.

Room was sea-facing, though at an angle. Also was overlooking the pool (beach and sea being after the pool). Breakfast was nice and had a good spread. Location was excellent! Just on the beach and in a nice locality with good restaurants and shops close enough. The deck in front of the bar was marvellous, where one could enjoy food and drinks from the hotel. The swimming pool was nice too.

The swimming pool was nice but did not have a changing room or shower close to it. Either one could go down the steps to use the shower or go to the gym one floor above through the public area.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. It was neat and clean. The staffs were polite and good. They have variety of buffet breakfast options and the food was really good.

The crowd during breakfast time. We were waiting with a baby in the queue to have a seat for morning breakfast. And the place was super crowded. This should be improved as it looks negative. There should also be an option available to take the breakfast at room who is carrying a small baby. Because carrying baby with a very limited place to seat and have breakfast with baby is not at all good option since the place becomes very crowded. We did ask if there is a way to have breakfast in room but the staff mentioned that it's chargeable which is very disappointing.
