The hotel is 2 blocks/ 5 minutes from Roma Termini train station. So easy to connect to other cities. A lot restaurants near by. Walkable to a few historical sites. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of variety. Plenty of sitting areas in a very nice lobby.

I love everything about the hotel and the staff.

Houseleeping using the deadbolts on room doors to keep doors from shutting while servicing the rooms. Letting the door slam over and over and over on the metal deadbole is VERY noisy and will soon destroy the lock mechanism. I showed the housekeepers on the 4th floor how to put a towel in the door jamb to let the door close softly. They were amazed! How ignorant must housekeeping be that they can stand the noise themselves? First time I slammed the door on the deadbolt, I'd be thinking there's a better way to keep the door ajar. Don't feel bad, wait until you get the bill for the door locks!!!!

everything is perfect , except when will you return my deposit, room #612, on check in May 2, hotel charged me EUR2008.8,. Then on check out date , hotel charged me EUR2126.3, the Eserc is 9637747. so when will you return EUR2008.8

Excellent location, close to Termini central station, clean hotel, good breakfast, courteous staff.

We announced the cancellation of a room due to a medical problem with our daughter. We sent an email to the hotel on the morning of the flight to Rome from Israel. The problem surprised us too. We had a response from the hotel manager regarding the incident and receiving a refund or compensation from the hotel. And even a partial response. Not only did the hotel manager not agree to meet, and the written response in the email stated that he had not received an email about the incident, which is not true, as soon as we arrived at the hotel the receptionist knew about the incident and said that she had read the email.

At first, we received an upgrade and were given a very large and spacious room as a honeymoon treat. The problem was that the room faced the street, and the windows were not soundproof at all—on the first night, we couldn’t sleep. It’s important to request an interior room that doesn’t face the street. When we spoke to the staff and asked to change rooms, they were very kind and promised to try to arrange it. We left our suitcases in the room, and when we returned from a full day of touring, they told us our luggage was already waiting in the new room, which was indeed interior, quiet, and allowed us to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was perfect and varied, and the attitude of the entire hotel staff was kind and wonderful.

Being near station it can be a bit noisy and the usual types do hang around these areas so be careful Air Con didn’t go lower than 25 for some reason, any rubbish won’t be cleared unless it’s actually in the bin, even if it’s obviously rubbish.

Bear in mind, in winter, Italy hotels don't open aircon. The location is great as it is just 1-2 minutes away from Termini station. There are a lot of eatery places nearby. The hotel itself also has a restaurant. The room is actually big, but it becomes small as there is a large balcony which you don't really need it unless you don't go around Rome to visit attractions. The towels are thick and white. The toilet bowl is small, and there is a sitting bidet (wondered why they wasted space for that and not using bidet as Asians). The shower head is good. The ventilation in the bathroom is not really working. The bed is okay, but the pillow is thin. The staff is nice and friendly. The cleaner (Indian ethinic) is very nice and professional. The breakfast is acceptable with a variety of bread and cold cuts. The coffee is good. Overall, 8.5/10.

Convenient location to the train station. Comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, Emanuele at reception was lovely! We were upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony which was a nice surprise

This hotel has seen better days as a few things in the room and bathroom were quite worn out, eg. extra door lock was broken, broken blinds. But for a short stay it was OK. We were only here for 2 nights. Some people might find the surrounding areas and people a bit sketchy but just ignore them all and walk on

The location of this hotel is excellent. Easy to get to using the express train from the airport. Close to all major attractions / areas. The breakfast was a fairly standard continental breakfast; nothing to write home about but is nice. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel had a bit of an old / has not been renovated since the 80s feel to it but it was clean, which is most important.

Perfect location, only a 20 minute walk to the trevi fountain and the colosseum. The train station is only a couple of minutes away also. Rooms were clean,bed was comfortable and the staff were really friendly. Also has the best air con ive ever used.

Only 1 slight pain point which was that our room had a few plug sockets that were nit very secure to the wall which caused concern about leaving things plugged in. Nothing else at all that caused any issues.
