Houseleeping using the deadbolts on room doors to keep doors from shutting while servicing the rooms. Letting the door slam over and over and over on the metal deadbole is VERY noisy and will soon destroy the lock mechanism. I showed the housekeepers on the 4th floor how to put a towel in the door jamb to let the door close softly. They were amazed! How ignorant must housekeeping be that they can stand the noise themselves? First time I slammed the door on the deadbolt, I'd be thinking there's a better way to keep the door ajar. Don't feel bad, wait until you get the bill for the door locks!!!!

everything is perfect , except when will you return my deposit, room #612, on check in May 2, hotel charged me EUR2008.8,. Then on check out date , hotel charged me EUR2126.3, the Eserc is 9637747. so when will you return EUR2008.8

Being near station it can be a bit noisy and the usual types do hang around these areas so be careful Air Con didn’t go lower than 25 for some reason, any rubbish won’t be cleared unless it’s actually in the bin, even if it’s obviously rubbish.

At first, we received an upgrade and were given a very large and spacious room as a honeymoon treat. The problem was that the room faced the street, and the windows were not soundproof at all—on the first night, we couldn’t sleep. It’s important to request an interior room that doesn’t face the street. When we spoke to the staff and asked to change rooms, they were very kind and promised to try to arrange it. We left our suitcases in the room, and when we returned from a full day of touring, they told us our luggage was already waiting in the new room, which was indeed interior, quiet, and allowed us to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was perfect and varied, and the attitude of the entire hotel staff was kind and wonderful.

Bear in mind, in winter, Italy hotels don't open aircon. The location is great as it is just 1-2 minutes away from Termini station. There are a lot of eatery places nearby. The hotel itself also has a restaurant. The room is actually big, but it becomes small as there is a large balcony which you don't really need it unless you don't go around Rome to visit attractions. The towels are thick and white. The toilet bowl is small, and there is a sitting bidet (wondered why they wasted space for that and not using bidet as Asians). The shower head is good. The ventilation in the bathroom is not really working. The bed is okay, but the pillow is thin. The staff is nice and friendly. The cleaner (Indian ethinic) is very nice and professional. The breakfast is acceptable with a variety of bread and cold cuts. The coffee is good. Overall, 8.5/10.

Wonderful hotel. We arrived after a long flight to a very helpful staff. Our first trip to Italy so we had lots of questions. The staff was great. The room was clean and good amount of space for a European hotel, which are usually small. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and a good value for $12 Euros per person. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant too, which was good. Other good restaurants and bars are nearby. We took the Hop On/Hop Off bus one day around Rome, at the hotel's suggestion. Was a fun way to see a lot. This property is located 2-3 blocks from the main Train Station, which is helpful if you are traveling by train. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Location is great. 5mins walk from Rome termini trian station and 15 mins walk to colosseum. The breakfast has good variety. And we can make waffles ourselves ! Room is spacious and wash room size is decent

Reception ladies are a bit tough. I requested to change room from facing street to facing inside and she refused by saying the room facing street is already considered one of the quietest room. Finally we were changed to the room facing inside and it is much much quieter. Aircon looks lack of maintenance and it has wind sound when on.

Positioned close to the train station which ensures fast connections, there are many places for dinner around. About 30 minutes on foot from the main tourist attractions. Spacious rooms, decent breakfast

The proximity to the train station makes it not necessarily very safe to walk at night. The hotel is safe, just avoid going to the station area. Although it was supposed to be a matrimonial bed, there were de facto 2 twin beds joined together, on wheels, which moved, which does not necessarily offer comfort

Hotel is very convenient for Rome Termini station. Like most big cities the area around main railway stations is not the best, but equally it’s not bad either. Hotel is large with decent facilities and good sized rooms. Everything was very clean.

Breakfast was fine but the layout of the room is a bit of a logistical mess with everyone having to crowd round one relatively small space to get to the buffet. I imagine the staff who are trying to replenish the dishes must find it a pain. The scrambled egg was cold both times I tried it but otherwise everything was fine.

Hotel staff excellent but there was a lot of street noise right through to early hours of the night which distracted from a great nights sleep and we were on 4th floor. Some disappointing items in the room required attention. On raising with staff, they reacted very quickly, but disappointed we had to point out defects, broken clothes rain in wardrobe, shower support slip rail loose.
