Great location subway food close shuttle is free for all guest you can hit the ups train from airport and got downtown quick. Great price good not a dump got good Ice machines easy access to them and bathrooms shower good rain shower heads .. the kurigs machine next level lol also lots of parking and gas station right there 29 m away

The pool area still smells horrible like a barn and strong smell was but something up forsure ... The breakfast menu no pictures just food and alot for an order it seemed better idea in my opion buffet style better get the People who pay the extra to have that type of. Style instead of wondering what we getting example 5 pieces of French toast eggs 3 and others was just 1 option pictures would help if not buffet stylle

It was located well near the airport and had shuttle service. The shuttle driver was not at the time that the hotel gave me but 15min early which was great because I was waiting but I felt bad for anyone coming later at the appointed time. The room was clean and well appointed. Wish it had a bath tub. Walk-in shower was spacious though dangerous: the entire bathroom was rolled except for the shower stall floor which was by nil/fiverglass (?) it was the white material used for shower surrounds but is extremely slick. Completely smooth. Soon as water touches it is so slippery. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and professional. Made checking very easy and welcoming

Respected my request for a quiet room away from elevators. Almost impossible to hear airplane noise despite its proximity. I really appreciated the shower. The control and entry was opposite the shower head meaning no wet hair or temperature surprises. Fridge was a good size and plenty cold.

AC unit pretty noisy (ear plugs solve the problem)and black out curtains didn't work well for east facing windows. Not as 'green' as I would like. They change sheets daily unless you put a sign on the bed. Unfortunately, the sign is in the bathroom and not obvious. It's time to make sheet changing every 3 days. Also lots of plastic wrapped stuff and individual size toiletries.

Convenient for a drop-everything-and-sleep night along our long journey from Europe. Free shuttle every 40 minutes. Friendly staff, especially the server (Ingrid, if I recall?) who was so friendly, and who went out of her way to make us feel welcome for breakfast. Great quality breakfasts too, at a reasonable price. Portions are huge. Don’t let the small selection dissuade you - the meals were excellent! I’m going to make a small push for the hotel to regularly stock a non-dairy option for coffee and tea though.) Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful in helping us find the right place to catch our bus home from the airport the next morning.

It’s a functional hotel. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the spot. It has all that we needed along our journey. There was nothing we didn’t like other than the bleak landscape. But… that’s an airport hotel, so this wasn’t a consideration.

There was an odd sound of voices, as though coming through a speaker somewhere. But I could not find the source. I suspect a hidden duct through the walls that communicated the sound from another room. The voices were oddly distinct, for room to room transfer. It was distracting, and I would not want that repeated. I kept the a/c fan on steady to drown it out.

The location close to the sports event we were attending . Free parking but parking lot needs fixing. Construction fence up and renovations going on so only one gate through fence into hotel but were trying to keep quests safe. Restaurant fair prices and good food . Early check in awesome. Clean room. Fridge and microwave .

The cold breakfast that was catered for the team. Awful . Cold eggs bacon and sausage and hash-browns soggy . Awful not worth the money at all. Felt the servers and buffet heat on the pans not ignited. The construction and the parking lot was hard to get through and did not allowing easy entry into parking lot. To narrow for vans or trucks.

The location was great, and the room was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle from the airport was great as well.

The TV remote doesn't even allow for you to switch inputs, so to use my computer to watch movies was impossible. This was the first hotel I've been at that doesn't even give you that option. The only other drawback was that the bed could be more comfortable. For a couple, movement is far too easily detected when one person moves. Memory foam mattresses would be more comfortable for a couple.

Property is close to a variety of restaurants & fast food chains. Parking lot is spacious and well lit. Friendly front desk staff, cleaning staff were also lovely. The bed was soft and comfortable. Although I did not go to it, the hotel does have an attached restaurant, there is also a Subway in the parking lot. They also offer a complimentary shuttle bus to/from the airport(again not a service I used).

Fairly industrial location. However, it is very quiet despite this.

The bed was awesome, thank you. I had had a long day and fell asleep right away. The airport shuttle was convenient even though I did have to wait a bit. On arrival one of the ladies at the reception was very friendly, bu the one who served me made me feel like she was doing me a favour and I was just a number (not a guest) and she would rather not be serving me. The man at the desk the following morning when I checked out was also very friendly. The lady in the restaurant was also friendly, good customer service from these 3 individuals

Shuttle service driver was not helpful at all. He didn’t get out of his vehicle to help us with our bags at the airport and again at the hotel. My husband and I had four bags that we struggled with as we are seniors. Again when we left for the airport we received the same treatment from the same driver. Sorry but we felt we could not tip him and he didn’t get out nothing. I have never experienced that kind of treatment before
