The location close to the sports event we were attending . Free parking but parking lot needs fixing. Construction fence up and renovations going on so only one gate through fence into hotel but were trying to keep quests safe. Restaurant fair prices and good food . Early check in awesome. Clean room. Fridge and microwave .

The cold breakfast that was catered for the team. Awful . Cold eggs bacon and sausage and hash-browns soggy . Awful not worth the money at all. Felt the servers and buffet heat on the pans not ignited. The construction and the parking lot was hard to get through and did not allowing easy entry into parking lot. To narrow for vans or trucks.

The location was great, and the room was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free shuttle from the airport was great as well.

The TV remote doesn't even allow for you to switch inputs, so to use my computer to watch movies was impossible. This was the first hotel I've been at that doesn't even give you that option. The only other drawback was that the bed could be more comfortable. For a couple, movement is far too easily detected when one person moves. Memory foam mattresses would be more comfortable for a couple.

Property is close to a variety of restaurants & fast food chains. Parking lot is spacious and well lit. Friendly front desk staff, cleaning staff were also lovely. The bed was soft and comfortable. Although I did not go to it, the hotel does have an attached restaurant, there is also a Subway in the parking lot. They also offer a complimentary shuttle bus to/from the airport(again not a service I used).

Fairly industrial location. However, it is very quiet despite this.

The bed was awesome, thank you. I had had a long day and fell asleep right away. The airport shuttle was convenient even though I did have to wait a bit. On arrival one of the ladies at the reception was very friendly, bu the one who served me made me feel like she was doing me a favour and I was just a number (not a guest) and she would rather not be serving me. The man at the desk the following morning when I checked out was also very friendly. The lady in the restaurant was also friendly, good customer service from these 3 individuals

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

The shuttle was late in coming to the airport. It was over 20 minutes from the expected time. The bus was very full and people had to have suitcases in the aisles. It took 30 minutes to get to the hotel. Many back roads were taken. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport in the morning because we wanted to get there in good time for our flight. The taxi took less than 15 minutes. There were not many time choices available to get to the airport by the shuttle. The men at reception were not very friendly.

Check in was smooth and seamless.

Shuttle service driver was not helpful at all. He didn’t get out of his vehicle to help us with our bags at the airport and again at the hotel. My husband and I had four bags that we struggled with as we are seniors. Again when we left for the airport we received the same treatment from the same driver. Sorry but we felt we could not tip him and he didn’t get out nothing. I have never experienced that kind of treatment before

Staff were very considerate and helpful. They explained what was required for registration and why. They invited me to choose the general location of my room. The common areas, halls and rooms were clean and well-lit. I was able to set the temperature in the room. The washroom was very clean and the linens were in new condition. The hotel is obviously well-managed and the staff members are efficient and very pleasant to guests and to each other.

The room was very spacious. The windows had a street view that allowed us to enjoy the snowfall. Beddings were crisp and nice to touch. Bed and pillows were comfortably soft. Towels were pure white. Soap had a nice citrus scent. The in-room coffee maker, microwave, bigger than average refrigerator, same floor ice vending machine and GF vending machines made things more convenient. The elevators were convenient for those with wheelchair. Breakfast was at a good price of CAD12.50. The lobby coffee maker offered a variety of preparations. Appreciate the front desk receptionist that attended to me always had a smile and was very courteous. The regular shuttle service was very convenient.

The items in the vending machine were arranged in a way that i cannot get the specific variant I wanted and since most of the beverage labels were facing back, i had difficulty identifying it.

The manager Chris was excellent. We had very loud guests in the room beside us who were partying/playing music and being generally loud and disruptive to entire floor. We had to be up at 4:30am to catch and early flight, Chris was able to accommodate us with another room away from the noisy guests which was beyond our expectations and absolutely fantastic. Thanks for helping us get a good night sleep before our flight Chris!

The key thing that stands out is the pool, I love having a pool available. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the waitress was one of the most attentive I've ever had. The bed was very comfy. I loved having a fridge and microwave available even though I didn't use it.

Checking in there was one agent that was friendly and nice, and an older agent who was miserable and short with me. Not a great first impression for me. I also didn't understand why I had to fill out an extra form at the desk and nobody with the other agent needed to.
