Amazing hotel. Great location. The breakfast is unforgettable

One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. The staff was AWESOME, excellent food in the restaurants - especially enjoyed the breakfast. Very nice location and hotel very safe. Would definitely recommend this property.

Had double-double (for two people) but only got one glass, one washcloth, one hand towel (first day) and only two bath towels.

This time I got a better room - more space and a nice walk in dressing - overall this time things were much better for my stay

The one thing is the water refill is very annoying as you need to take the bottle and go to the corridor and refill your glass bottle that does not fit in the machine- bottle is bigger than the space for it - I suggest to replace it with more adequate bottles

The staff was personable and very helpful. The food was really good. The hotel was clean and modern. It wasn't in close proximity to major tourist sites and activities, but the location of the hotel appeared to be quite safe and provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

The location of the hotel is ideal in Bogota and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The bedding is of very good quality and you sleep very well. Nice gym and swimming pool

We had a very bad dinner at the restaurant of the hotel,Marriot and competition around there do a way better job in this field .

The door in the accessible bathroom has no handle so it's very difficult to close it, more so for a person with disabilities. Furthermore, it would be good if the bed in the accessible rooms wasn't so tall.

breakfast food area was too cramped, people getting in each others way. Not obvious what was available and what you could order Needs door on toilet, not sliding door on outside area some loose fitting in room i.e. shower handle loose

Located in a safe area which was enhanced by the friendly security at the entrance. Room was large, modern and clean. Facilities like the gym and swimming pool were also of excellent quality. Front-desk staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conform the 5 star Hilton standard.

The food (both room service and restaurant) was a bit meh. Extensive menu but most dishes lacked flavor and care (soggy fries, burger bun not toasted, grated cheese instead of mozzarella on pizza etc.).

Pretty much everything. Bogota had no water but the hotel had sufficient reserves, which made a huge difference.

The drain of my bathroom's sink was clogged. I told staff.

The location, professionalism of the staff, and attention to security in security-challenged Colombia stood out.

No issues.
