Staff very friendly and helpful..The automated Coffee machine in lobby for Coffee enthusiasts as ourselves, Premium Great tasting coffee..indoor pool was A hit with my grandchildren..Great location right off the 74 hwy. Near exit ideal to drive to Champaign where all the Great stores and restaurants are near by. Love that they provide really good Shampoo/ conditioner and Body Wash..excellent touch..nice sitting area by window to jump on your electronics

The beds are not firm enough for Our old backs for support..stayed 3 days this time Breakfast can be alittle bland but not too bad overall

Value for money - convinient location , wonderful staff and spacious room with bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional- and tea/ coffee was available throughout the day. Special mention of Mr.John in the reception - was very good and helpful.

Some complimentary water bottles in the room should be provided - although I didnt use the facility - from the outside the pool area looked deserted - may be not many people actually use it.

I had the handicapped room. I fell on day 8 of a 15 day journey and tore my hamstring. I had to switch to handicapped on the last 7 nights, all different hotels. The Holiday Inn was my favorite. The room was spacious enough for my wheel chair to get around and the bathroom was perfect. Wish I could take it home with me. Everything was within my reach. It made enduring this mishap a little easier.

It was in a little congested area which was hard for us because we were pulling a trailer.

Great place to stay! Very clean, well maintained, pool & hot tub were wonderful! After a very long drive, the pools were perfect! The staff couldn't have been nicer and so accommodating. Rooms were great and it's close by to restaurants. We will definitely select Holiday Inn Express for future stays!

Always a nice perk to have breakfast included. It would be great to have some sugar free options with coffee creamer and yogurt if you could.

Stomping from above our room throughout the night was a bit disruptive. I was also surprised that the ventilation system was broken in the pool area. It was uncomfortably steamy and we had to crack the door open to clear the air. We were thankful that the pool remained open and was clean and enjoyable!

I like that when I did make it to the hotel that the customer service was great,I can't remember the womens name who worked the night shift on 4/19/2025 keep up the good work queen,also to John and Shawna I want to say thank you for going above and beyond,cause that is how you all will keep my business

The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. Kevin at the front desk is a gem. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue. My kids love the pool, large clean rooms, and the great variety of breakfast items available.

The pool and hot tub were great. There is an outdoor sitting area attached to pool area. Staff (ashley) was great and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was very good.

I have no complaints which is rare lol. I have a disability and my stay was very pleasant.

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast attendant was on top of everything, and very friendly. Pool was like bath water which made it enjoyable to swim with my kids. I will definitely remember this place if I’m ever passing through there again.

Staffs were nice

My total was $123 and I got changed on my card $146. I tried putting the claim online but had hard time entering it.it would not take my email. I don't like the effect that my card is being charged for wrong amount with out my permission.
