I loved the location and the cleanliness.

There was an individual that was always outside the elevators on my floor. Not sure if the person was a guest but it was very uncomfortable as a single woman to have to walk to my room looking over my shoulder.

Matthew at the front desk was exceptional!! He was very helpful and empathetic when my card was declined several times. I had to use alternate payment methods and split the bill, which was quite embarrassing. He went above and beyond to reassure me and handled it like a pro. Thanks, Matt!! Also, thank you to Satoya, who was very professional and cleaned my room so well. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time!

The pool area was closed in the middle of summer with the heat. The outside patio, too, was not set up for guests, with several missing cushions. The whole point of being on vacation was to enjoy some poolside relaxation. - I didn't like the fact that I had to repeatedly request to have my room cleaned (3 times) before it was finally done on the 4th day. Cleaning daily should be default except if asked not to do so by specific guests. I also had 2 different cleaners coming to knock at my door and upon learning I wasn't checking out, refusing to clean the room and referring me back to front desk. This needs to be improved.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. We were welcomed by a young man named Steve with a beautiful, warm smile, and Miss Charlotte helped us with several things, including making a reservation at a restaurant and offering a number of other suggestions (she is a wonderful painter. She drew a drawing of me and my friend, which I attached in my comment),We were impressed. The sales director, Mr. Jeremiah, was very courteous and he also made a number of suggestions for me and my friend. The late checkout period was extended without any financial cost. Will I stay again? Yes, yes. You will not find a hotel every day that welcomes and treats guests in a sophisticated manner. Both worlds were wonderful. As for the room, it is spacious for two people, clean, has all the basic necessities, and is quiet. The view is wonderful and no sound reaches us. While there was a billboard looking at us it did have a nice city view. It was clean in the room and throughout the property. It felt safe, including parking. Everyone was friendly. Accessible. Bed was comfortable. Having small kids it was nice being able to get food and sit and eat in the lobby without problems. It was quiet! At first I was worried because we could hear all sorts of things outside but it didn’t bother us at all at nighttime. Definitely not a luxurious hotel, but it was nice and we enjoyed it. 0 complications.

Pillows were there worst pillows in the world!! Could use some facelift throughout the location. There was not enough towels for our party and no wash cloths so we had to deal with that. The crib requested wasn’t in our room when we arrived. While I understand the staff was busy, it felt like they were a little slow, but not enough to hinder a future visit.

I thought it would be out of the way at first but it was in good walking distance to points of interest.and attractions. There was a great diner a 3 min walk away called the Silver Skillet, highly recommended! Really quiet hotel (I stayed in a lot of hotels in 7 states during my 3 week trip). Comfortable beds and clean room. Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and outside area. Good snacks selection and yummy Mac n cheese sold in their little shop.

We noticed the back door by the elevators wasn't closing behind us and mentioned it to reception twice. It still wasn't sorted out until the day we left when I was advised it was being fixed and security was stepped up for entry to the hotel. I also witnessed a homeless guy walk in at the same time a security guard walked outside past him. Then I saw another security guy in the corner by the bar look up and see him but then he just looked down at his phone again. I was a bit concerned when the guy followed me to the elevator but I got in before he could.

I like the balcony, the starbucks downstairs but i didn’t get to use it and the pool. I saw complaints about the pillows so i brought my own but the pillows were fine and the bed slept well.

The balcony wasn’t clean, hair was in the tub and the tub didn’t drain. The $150 accidental fee. The check in guy was great but a customer came down needing towel and the lady that worked there started yelling talking about she don’t clean room she’s client services but was on the couch talking to people she wasn’t even working! The employee caused a scene and i didn’t like that with my kids. The person that cleans the rooms don’t have towels so you have to go downstairs to get towels, it’s only 2 in the room. The fridge was cleaned and had stuff in it. The charged parking should be free. Oh it was police present in the front with a man in cuffs. I think that the price was a little more than expected because it looks old in the rooms and need to be updated.

The staff were all lovely. Lots of facilities on site with a pool, gym, bar and an area to buy food and drinks. The rooms were spacious with good options for luggage storage, tv, iron, hair dryer and a sofa. The bed was comfortable and the Pillows perfect. Due to being on the end room nearest the road their was some traffic noise but not much on how close it actually was.

Aspects of the room were tired and needed fixing/ replacing. The air con unit was battered and rather noisy so it made it impossible to sleep while it was on, so we had to do without it overnight and got rather hot. The bathroom was basic and fulfilled its needs but needs updating and there was small patches of black mould on the ceiling due to a lack of successful extraction system.

I didn’t have breakfast however we stayed out late every day we stayed the hotel. Guests were friendly evening staff as well. The location was great parking kind of something I’m not used to paying for parking $30 a day but I guess I would say that was cheap the pool was nice. It just needed to be cleaned All in all I give everyone five stars.

Great solution if you need a place close to Georgia Tech. The hotel is easily reachable from the freeway, and it is in walking distance from the Georgia Tech campus and Midtown Atlanta. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

the hotel claims they have a green policy but when they did the cleaning of my room they tossed the half-used soap and toiletries in the middle of my stay. Please talk to your cleaning people and fix this non-sensical pattern. The green label should not be just green washing.
